Master Bedroom 2 (Upper Level): Offers a king bed and a twin bed, a 55” Sony Smart TV, and a private bathroom with a single sink vanity and a tub/shower combo.

Master Bedroom 3 (Upper Level): Includes a queen bed and a twin bed, a 55” Sony Smart TV, and a private bathroom with a granite counter vanity and a tub/shower combo.

Family/Bunk Room (Lower Level): Perfect for kids or young adults, this room features a queen bed, full over full bunk beds, and a private bathroom. Unit Occupants are not allowed to park on the streets at any time. No recreational vehicles, including, but not limited to, trailers, RVs, boats, fifth-wheels, or four-wheelers may be parked on any street or driveway within the Subdivision for a period of more than 2 hours for loading and unloading.
