CAVEATS
Ferry tickets are available for July 20 to 27 / August 3 to 10 and 10 to 17 - Subject to change until booked

To access this property, a 4x4 with good clearance is suggested. If stuck, the caretaker can assist for a fee.
AWD cars like Subaru, Tesla, and Audi Quattro "may" make it. You have to cross approximately 200 yards of soft sand.
4WD cars should deflate their tires to 15 psi - there is a station at My Toi to reinflate your tires
There is a parking lot where you can park 2WD vehicles and walk across the sand peninsula to the house.
Liability release is required of all users of toys, boats, and sporting equipment.
In the off-season, the Cottage (sleeps 6) is closed. It does not have heat, and the water has been turned off.

IMPORTANT
Each guest must sign our lease and provide their personal email, cell phone, mailing address, picture of a valid government ID, and a selfie showing the ID next to their face. Failure to adhere to these rules will result in the cancellation of their booking.
This home is under new management. The amenities are represented to the best of our knowledge, but they are subject to change.
The living, dining, and kitchen are all on the 2nd floor, while all bedrooms are on the 1st Floor.
