CLEAN BED PROMISE
Every Linen, Every Time: Liquid Life washes every linen for every guest. Every linen means every towel, every sheet, every quilt, and every pillow sham – every time. Inside our commercial laundry care facility, all linens are washed in our high-heat (150 degrees) commercial washers with our select, EPA-approved detergents to ensure complete sanitation. Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and protect clean linens for every guest.

MONTHLY RENTALS
The property offers monthly rentals in the following months: November, December, January, and February. To get a quote on the monthly rental rates for this property, call our reservations team. The check-in verification was a little overboard. The condo was pretty limited in supplies, I.e. toilet paper, and kitchen stuff, i.e. we had to go by a pitcher to put tea in.

Constant sewage smell in the bathroom/hallway. The smell was awful. Sheets had a huge brownish stain on them. Overall just not very clean, would not stay here again.

The location is perfect. The unit is clean and has most everything you need. I would add some kind of reading light to at least the bottom bunk bed. I would also add some outlets for charging electronics.

Only thing that could’ve been better was the kitchen utensils. The toaster didn’t work, and there were limited pot and pans. Otherwise, everything else was great !

Wasn't clear where the "boarding pass" was but we found the fobs hanging on the wall. The door keypad worked very well. We enjoyed our stay but these are things to note to the owner: 1. Living room and bedroom wall switches did nothing. What were these connected to? Bedroom is dark and it would be very helpful if the wall switch worked when coming in. 2. There were no paddle fans in the ceiling anywhere... we've been to many other properties in Gulf Shores and always had paddle fans in the bedroom and living room. There was a floor pedistal fan in the closet but it would not turn on. 3. Bathroom vanity fixtures were loose (not tightly fastened) and leaked water on the vanity top after usage. 4. The bathtub drain is badly clogged.

Great location, Easy access to the beach and pool. Condo was clean. Exactly what we needed, we will most definitely return. There were two things that could be a little better to bring value to the experience. One was the TV size in the bedroom and second the mattress could be more comfortable or upgraded.

The check in and out process was extremely easy. The floors were sandy and dirty when we got there. Dishes weren’t clean and the drains were dirty as well. We didn’t receive any info about the property until day of. I reached out on vrbo chat with some questions with no response for over two days. Communication was not the best compared to other properties I’ve booked through vrbo. We received a message about an annual maintenance check and that we didn’t need to be there. We didn’t feel comfortable not being there and when I reached out to ask a time they couldn’t provide one for us. Thankfully they were able to reschedule to the day we checked out. Not sure why it wasn’t scheduled that day already. I don’t know many people that would be comfortable with that. The place was great for just two of us! Can’t beat the location and proximity to the beach. So easy to get in and out and no keys or anything to keep up with which was super nice!

Housekeeping has been notified to re-clean the unit and we’re reinforcing our checklist to prevent this moving forward. We’ll also inspect the dishware and plumbing to make sure they’re properly cleaned and functioning. I apologize for the slow response via Vrbo chat. We’re reviewing our messaging procedures so arrival information is sent earlier and our team responds more promptly. Regarding the annual maintenance visit, I’m sorry that the timing felt uncertain — we’ve updated our scheduling process so maintenance provides a specific time window in advance and coordinates around our guests’ comfort. Would book this unit again.

This condo is updated, well equipped and very clean. It has a great view of the beach and gulf. Sun ups and sunsets can be viewed from the balcony but more fun to view from the beach!

We loved the view from the balcony and didn't spend a lot of time in the room. The condo wasn't as clean as others we've stayed in - the baseboards in the bathroom and floors were really dirty. There was hair that wasn't ours in the bathroom. I used the broom everyday but the first day, we had black feet due to the cleaning products on the floor. The fan was broken and only gave us 4 towels. I would have liked to have had a few beach towels too. We had a great trip just not the cleanest condo we've stayed in.

Great Stay

We had a wonderful girls trip. Condo was just as pictured. Having the beach right outside is priceless. Beds were clean and comfortable. We always had hot water and plenty of water pressure for showers. The cleaning of the baseboards, especially in the bathroom is something that needs a bit more attention as well as the air vent area in the hallway. Overall, it was a great stay and we would without a doubt book again.

not really a hot tub

the property was almost as expected, with the exception of the hot tub, it is really just a kiddie pool with a jet, it wasn't even heated like a hot tub should have been

Not as clean as it should have been. Microwave was dirty Shower backed up on the first day. My wife was standing in dirty nasty water from someone else because the drain was full of someone’s hair my wife pulled out a bunch of it. She texted management but didn’t hear from them for 3 days. Hair all over the bathroom wall. I should get my cleaning fee back. Bedroom window is ight next to the elevators so you hear people getting in and out of elevator when your trying to sleep. When we’re going to use the fan so we could have some white noise but fan didn’t work.

We’re taking these actions immediately: - Schedule a professional deep clean and odor investigation, including drain/trap inspection and sewer line check; remediate any sources of sewage odor. - Inspect HVAC/ventilation and replace filters; check vents for moisture or mold that could carry odors. - Send maintenance to inspect all bathroom plumbing, traps, and seals to locate and repair any leaks or sewer gas entry points. - Remove and replace all bedding and linens that show stains; add mattress and pillow protectors where needed. - Retrain housekeeping, update the turnover checklist, and add a pre‑arrival photographic quality check to prevent repeat issues.
