This place was perfect for accessibility to everything from Main Street to the Gondola. It was clean and had everything needed for our trip.

condo was a perfect location…easy to walk to downtown. Condo was clean and neat. However, the master bedroom mattress was HORRIBLE!! It was too firm…to the extent that my husband slept on the couch:( Maybe I’m spoiled with our home mattress ( ultra plush Avacado) but this one was just terrible …would not choose this VRBO again due to the poor bedding.

Great location! Amenities were fantastic and easily accessible. Summit County rentals was very responsive to all our questions. Very important when renting.We will rent there again!

The property was kept really clean. It is a very cozy place to stay in and the access to the hot tub and the facilities was easy. I liked staying here with my family very much!

We had a great stay! Perfect location to walk to everything on Main Street and to do some hiking! We stayed 3 nights and everything was fine! Few little things but nothing that made our stay bad! Enjoyed fall in Breck!

Great location, nice stay

A little outdated but overall good stay. Laundry was not in the unit which was a bit of a pain but a wonderful location easy walking to gondola and Main Street. For the price would definitely stay again.

The condo was very convenient to both the downtown area and the ski slopes. The condo was very clean and had many amenities. Check directions were very easy to follow. The bunkbed was a little bit difficult to get onto without a ladder. But overall great experience.

Breckenridge getaway

Our first time in Breckenridge and this place was perfect location to Main Street. Nice kitchen and family space. Bedrooms with nice space and so good to have multiple bathrooms with the family! Easy parking, even some covered parking for when it was raining!

Should be a 5 but the management group you have to deal with is terrible. I booked on VRBO but for so,e reason had to make the second payment with summit mountain. They forced me to provide a picture of my drivers license and tried to force me to give them my bank account information. Completely overly intrusive. When we checked in someone left the fireplace running and it was like 95 degrees in the unit. We couldn’t get the fireplace to turn off and the maintenance kept asking insulting questions like ”Did you turn the fireplace off to get the place to cool down?” Place had dirty silverware so we had to wash everything we used the entire time too. Place itself was nice and in a great location.

Summer Stay

This place was perfect for our family of 4. The location is great! Walking distance to shops, coffee and ice cream. We enjoyed the amenities of the property (pool and hot tubs)!Our children are to the age where they don’t share a bed, so the fact that this place offers 3 beds in one room is great. The futon mattress sinks to the middle a bit, but there was another sleeping option so it didn’t affect us at all.

Awesome location within walking distance of the gondola. Downtown Breck was just a couple blocks away as well. Management company was super responsive when I texted them with questions. Loved that the unit had 2.5 bedrooms, as that extra half bath helps keep the peace in my family of 4. A bit tired inside with some minor issues involving the master bed shower and tech issues (wifi, cable). Location, cleanliness, and management responsiveness makes up for it though!

Great location. Clean property. Unfortunately, an interior remodel was occurring just outside our unit. We had to listen to a lot of sawing and pounding late into Friday evening and endure unpleasant paint fumes. We believe the management company should have informed us about the construction at time of booking since it was a planned remodel. See attached photo of the remodel communication to tenants. Had we been informed about the construction, we'd probably have passed on the property.

Meh…Unit was fine, but obviously hands-off ownership. I imagine this place was no perfect in the 1990s.Upon arrival disposal smelled like fish. Beds comfortable and kitchen stocked. Shower liner was no more than half the length of the shower curtain. Ceiling fans would do wonders for air circulation.Again…basic property and pleasant.Sour note on leaving…ran parking sticker to condo before departure and had sticker on Driver’s side window threading towing/boot if not moved. I was gone no more than five minutes. There is a mic and helpful ACE Hardware in Silverthorne where I had to buy a single edged razor to scrape off the stick-um.

The room was a little dusty and maybe a dog was on the bed before us (my daughter has bad allergies) but it was an unbeatable location. My kids loved the bunk beds and didn’t want to leave. The convenience of walking across the street to do anything was awesome. Minor break in the unit but manageable was super communicative. My kids want to come back so will stay again
