Excellent property with a very well-maintained pool, yard, patio area. Beautiful, well-appointed kitchen and bedrooms and great layout with kitchen and living room. Close to everything - I would not hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to anyone needing space in the Broad Ripple area! Five stars for sure!

My co workers and I really enjoyed our stay. Most outstanding was the short walk to all of the bars and restaurants in both directions. It was winter and we couldn't use the pool or grill, but if the opportunity arrives to come back to the Indianapolis area, we will definitely look for availability here first.

Home is as pictured, perfect for our small group. Communication was great, and location is walkable to shopping/dining in Broad Ripple.

This home was in an excellent location! It was within walking distance to shops, restaurants, coffee and grocery. The host had great communication, promptly answering any questions and providing all details needed for a smooth check-in and check-out. The house itself was clean and stocked with everything needed for a comfortable stay. We will definitely be booking again during pool season because we are excited to enjoy the backyard oasis!

We had a great family time staying here last week! Beautiful home, well appointed kitchen, beds all very comfortable! Location was terrific- walk to restaurants, bars, trail. Our young adult kids loved it. We were in town visiting grandma! And the pool, deck was awesome! Very clean and warm! Cover was easy to manage. Reached out to host several times and excellent communication! We would definitely stay here again!

The prime bachelorette pad!

Me and my friends celebrated a bachelorette party at this property and it did not disappoint. The pool creates an absolutely perfect place to hangout but if you’re looking to go out on the town for everything from a morning coffee, a cute lunch dive or a night out on the town this place has it covered. The host is extremely responsive and the entire process was seamless!

Nice house in a great neighborhood. Loved walking to restaurants in the morning and evenings. Enjoyed the pool on two really hot days.Upstairs shower was too hot for my kids, and the furniture isn’t the comfiest, but we were mainly out and about.

What a girls weekend! What a location! This charming house is a block away from Broad Ripple, a street filled with charming coffee shops, delicious restaurants, cheeky bars and great shopping. We swam in the pool, walked to get breakfast/dinner and headed to our concert at night. Couldn’t have loved it anymore. And our host was responsive and wonderful. You will not be disappointed when you stay here.

If you want to mimic the Flinstones & sleep on rock hard beds….go ahead & stay here. There were ants everywhere & also parts of the house that aren’t shown these pictures…for a reason.

This is a great VRBO I enjoy peace and quiet I wasn't sure I was going to get it here but we did for sure the couple of neighbors are great and they seem to try there hardest not to disturb you the pool is great clean and yes it is heated! Clay was very informative about the villa and very easy to reach when needed, there is a giant jetted tub in the basement a great shower on the main level with 104 degree water! I dont really have anything to add to the con list, if you want peace and still a block away from some great restaurants and pubs this is your go to VRBO, I will say the neighbors to the left looking from the road absolutely do everything in there power not to hinder your staythey turn the lights out in the rear yard after they go inside, I plan on returning and I want at least a week ,GREAT neighbors great VRBO the villa at the village is one you do not want to miss!

Great space with a beautiful pool! The landscape is a bit overgrown which made the parking and pathways a bit difficult but the rest of the property is spectacular! Truly enjoyed.

Lovely home with some pros and cons ..Pros: Pool was amazing, nicely stocked kitchen and comfortable beds Cons: Upstairs bathroom shower very slow draining, always had standing water by end of showering, kitchen sink would leak into basement, messaged host and he was quick to respond but took days to get it fixed, King bedroom TV speaker blown and multiple days we returned and found dead bumble bees in home. Not sure is nest somewhere but concerning if allergic Would rent again just hope few of minor issues will be addressed

We do apologize for the inconvenience with the kitchen sink leak. We responded immediately, sent our handyman the next morning, and once it became clear the issue needed additional attention, we worked to get a plumber out as quickly as possible during a busy holiday weekend. The leak has since been repaired, and we were happy to provide a credit for the inconvenience. We wish we had known during your stay about the slow-draining upstairs shower as we could have had the plumber look at that while he was there and would have done our best to address the bedroom TV speaker and dead bees as well if you had brought them to our attention. We are already following up on each of them so future guests have an even better experience. Thank you again for the helpful feedback, and we appreciate that you would consider staying with us again.
