Manatee Suite 3 Funky Fish House at Cape Harbour

`Manatee Suites` Funky Fish House is an exclusive yachting community in Cape Harbour.
“Manatee Suites” offers a five-level design, perfect for couples or groups. All three private suites offer a king-sized bed, living room, and private laundry room. Suites 1 and 2 have well-equipped kitchenettes, and Suite 3 has a full kitchen. Level one is a common area we call `Sea Level Lounge.` This is a new development, so there are still a few under construction around us.
Private washer and dryer in each suite.
Full kitchen
A private balcony overlooks the water and faces west for beautiful sunsets.
Elevator
Walking distance to restaurants, coffee shop, boat and kayak rentals and gift shops.

Entire private suite and balcony included in this rental.
Common areas with 2 other suites include stairway, elevator, sea level lounge (large gathering room on the dock level with games and bar) and Dock with Tiki.

We live in the Cape Harbour development so that gives us the opportunity to quickly take care of any issues or needs you may have, so you can call or text either of us at any time.
Our level of interaction is completely up to you.
You are able to self check-in upon arrival.

Cape Harbour Marina is a luxury waterfront development located in the Southwest area of Cape Coral. There are many restaurants, shops, amenities and events. There is always something to do and great people to meet.

Barry was great to work with and very responsive. The property is exactly as advertised and beautifully appointed. But the best part is the million dollar view!

Awesome

Outstanding views from this cozy well appointed apartment. You will be tempted to spend more time sitting on your deck watching the boats go by and enjoying spectacular sunsets. Walk to 4 restaurants.We had so much fun.

Gorgeous Wide Open View! Amazing sunsets. Such a cute place. So relaxing and fun to watch all the boats on the canal from the deck and also on the private dock. Great Vibes. Perfect unit for two people, surprisingly roomy. Very Well equipped, quiet and nicely decorated with comfortable bed. Walkable area very close to restaurants/French Press Coffee and Rum Runners. Hosts were great. Easy access to elevator which was great with luggage, never had to use stairs. Parking was a very quick walk to open lot. Easy drive to restaurants in the area. Would definitely recommend for party of two and also recommend booking all 3 units for family or group. Excellent accommodations, loved all the decorating touches to make it fun and beautiful.
So nice to start and end the day with amazing view.

Walking in sunshine

You walk into a room filled with beautiful light and feel immediately happy. The elevator made it so easy to bring in your luggage. The place was beautifully decorated, very clean and the bed was so comfortable. The hosts had water in the refrigerator and you had a choice of tea, coffee or hot chocolate waiting by the Keurig. They thought of everything to make you feel at home. The view and sunsets from the balcony were lovely. The location was just a stroll to cute shops, coffee, gelato, a relaxing drink and 2 very good restaurants. Perfect!

We loved the location of the condo. It was nice to be within walking distance to restaurants, entertainment and shops! The owners had everything stocked and thought of the small things. The view was amazing and beautiful. It was very clean. My only complaint are the pools are not on site. You have to drive to them or take along walk. There was no communication of where the pools were located or how to access them. I had to send a couple messages through VRBO and we made a couple phone calls. Finally we received a response and they said the key is hanging on the garbage can along with the address of the pool. This information would have been helpful to have written instructions left on the counter or somewhere in visual sight. Great place to stay! There are elevators to use so you can bring your luggage in.

We do want to clarify that there are two pools located on-site within Cape Harbour, both within walking distance of the condo. In our photos, it clearly shows the community pools on-site within Cape Harbour. We apologize if that information wasn’t as clear as it should have been, and we appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve our guest communication. Additionally, we did note that there appeared to be a third guest staying on the final night of your reservation. As outlined in our listing and booking agreement, the condo is limited to a maximum of two guests. We kindly ask that all guests adhere to the occupancy policy to maintain the quality of the experience for everyone. We have allowed a 3rd guests when someone asks. Thank you again for your stay, and we truly appreciate your feedback.
