We’re delighted to hear the home worked well for your group and that you all especially enjoyed the deck, hot tub, and those incredible sunset views! We also appreciate you bringing these items to our attention. Lighting in the living area is important, especially for gathering and playing games, so we’ll certainly relay your suggestion to the homeowner for consideration. We’ll also have our maintenance team address the odor concern right away. While the home does not have central air, it is equipped with 5 mini-split units (one in each bedroom and one in the living room) to help maintain a comfortable temperature year-round. We’ll be sure to take a closer look at those units to ensure everything is functioning as it should. Regarding the beach towels, we’re sorry they were difficult to locate and will make sure their placement in the downstairs closet bathroom is clearer for future stays. We truly appreciate your honest feedback, as it helps us continue to improve and provide even more amazing stays for our guests.
