Dock your boat at the newly built 75' wood dock, with accessible routes to both the ocean and bayside, you'll have easy access to fishing and lobstering less than 15 minutes away by boat to the bay, 20 minutes to ocean side and another 30-35 minutes to deep water! Drop your boat at the local boat ramp located a mile away down the road! Sit back and relax after a long day of adventuring in the brand new, private, optionally heated/cooled* above ground bar-top pool! When its time for dinner, head up stairs to the furnished deck and get to cooking on the gas grill with propane provided. There is plenty of seating for everyone to dine alfresco and watch the sunset reflect off of the calm canal waters below. Alternatively you can opt for inside and prepare a formal meal in the fully stocked, full size kitchen. With modern Whirlpool appliances, beautiful countertops, and island seating, the chef will feel right at home preparing tasty recipes. Plus, when it is time to settle in for the night, the living area boasts plush furnishings and a large TV to keep everyone entertained as the sun goes down. When its time for bed opt for one of the luxurious and comfortable king size beds, offered in three of the four bedrooms. The master bedroom off the dining room offers a tastefully designed ensuite bathroom with a his and hers vanity and extra large tiled shower. The spacious bedroom with direct balcony access has a large walk in closet with plenty of storage space, dresser and tv with streaming capabilities. Head past the kitchen and down the hallway past the laundry closet with in unit Maytag washer and dryer and youll find the shared bathroom with bathtub and single vanity and bedroom number two. Bedroom number two has a comfortable queen bed, standard size closet and tv with streaming. The next bedroom, bedroom number three, comes with a large, comfortable king sized bed. The room connects to the shared bathroom for easy access, has a standard sized closet and TV with streaming capabilities. Across the hall is bedroom number four which has an en suite bathroom with bathtub and single vanity, balcony access, a large king bed, standard sized closet and TV with streaming capabilities.

Pool and spa heating/chilling is an additional $200 per week excluding applicable taxes and fees.
This home does not allow pets.
Strict no smoking/vaping indoors or on balconies. Smoking permitted outdoors along the perimeter of the home.

Cancellation Policy - Strict – 60 day
Cancellations 60 days before check-in receive a 100% refund minus service/administrative fees.
Cancellations within 60 days of check in receive 50% refund minus service/administrative fees.
Cancellations within 30 days of check in receive no refund.
Cancellation penalties are waived if due to hurricane evacuation orders.
