Guest must fill out ‘accommodation agreement’ you get it from the host and hand in to the host in order to enter the accommodation. if it not completed handing in to the host. it is not supposed to let the guest enter in the facility due to Korean apartment regulation.

You will be provding an entire apartment for you and your family.
You will have three rooms, two of double-beds, super single-beds on bunk, a double mattress(only providing for more than 7 guests reservation), two of sofa, [ a big crib (crib mattress 'cover' is not providing for prevention of infection) ]

1. Good ventilation
The room is bright during the day and you can get fresh air when you open the windows.

2. The size
It is much more wider than you see on the pictures.

4. Window
There are windows in the room.

5. The top sheets
the top sheets for a summer are different with the pictures. (The picture sheets are on from the October)

6. Parking
You can park in the apartment complex lot. I will provide it for free. and inform how to get in and park in the parking lots as well.

7. Seasoning
Basic seasonings are provided, feel free to use them.

8. Air cleaner
There is a high quality fan in the kitchen for food smoke and air clean.

9. Oven + microwave
There is microwave function in the oven, together.


(1) We do not accept late-night Any noisy sound, music, talking or Drinking Singing and Dance Gathering which is called '고성방가' after 8 pm, so please reconsider the purpose of your stay.

(2) Even if you complete the reservation or before entering the room, you must fill out the 'accommodation agreement' and submit it to the host to enter the accommodation. Please note that if the consent form (agreement) is not replied by 20:00 (8pm) the day before admission, the accommodation admission information will not be transmitted and the accommodation fee will not be refunded

(3) Unauthorized additional personnel other than the number of four are liable for criminal punishment under the "crime of trespassing on housing" based on the current law. (Same punishment for visiting acquaintances who stopped by for a while on the way)

(5). It is not allowed to grill meat or barbecue in the accommodation.

(6). Guest must turn off the air conditioner when going out
***(Utility bills incurred by going out with the air conditioner running will be charged to the guest)***

I will contact with you on the phone or chat and also through e-mail for the guest. feel free to contact anytime whenever you need.

(8). Central heating system
The accommodation is a central heating-operated accommodation.
in the spring and summer, the boiler is automatically shut off by the central management office when the outside temperature is 17℃ or higher. operation duration( 16th Oct - 29th Feb)

(9) Damage
Please, make sure let me know if you damaged facility or anything in the accommodation before checking out.

< This is the policy for reservations for over 6 guests. >
1. Reservations for more than 7 people are possible only for family unit.
2. The guest more than 7 people must hand in all of guest’s ID card copies containing photos to the host in order to stay. (No hand in -> No allow to access)
3. If anyone who different with ID card enter or stay in facility, every guests will be forced to kick out of the accommodation, the reservation fee and deposit will not be refunded, and the guest and stranger will be liable for criminal punishment for trespassing.


Unauthorized visits to or entry into the accommodation by additional people other than the standard number of people specified in the accommodation are strictly prohibited. If this is violated, criminal punishment will be imposed based on the 'home invasion' crime according to the current law, and regardless of the completion of the accommodation reservation payment, all guests will be forced to leave the accommodation without any reason, and the full amount will not be refunded. Guests are considered to agree to the collection of evidence regarding unauthorized entry and violation of the smoking ban through the entrance device, so we strongly recommend that you read the regulations before making a reservation.
