Check-in information is sent through email the day before arrival; however, at times these emails may be filtered into a guest’s spam or junk folder. We are also very sorry for the unexpected unit change and power outage concerns. The resort wanted to ensure your group had the most comfortable experience possible during your stay, which is why an alternate unit was offered upon arrival. Sorry about the lack of extra blankets on the beds — we’ll stock additional blankets and clarify that in the welcome message. Also sorry the master bathtub height was a challenge; we passed your feedback to maintenance to evaluate options (step/grab bar) and will add a note in the listing so future guests are aware. I also apologize the heat didn’t work the first night; maintenance was notified and corrected it the next day.
