Work space ready for you with wifi. 🐶 Friendly under 50lbs Pristine chalet cabin in Massanutten Resort has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and can sleep 8 (6 in beds + double air mattress that auto inflates). A short drive from Shenandoah National Park and JMU, it rests just 2 miles from ski lifts, hiking trails, 2 golf courses, bike park, water park, but provides quiet shelter nestled in the oaks. Home is perfectly situated between the waterpark and the family adventure park within the Massanutten resort gates. Welcoming front porch for morning coffee or evening relaxing! Laundry off main foyer with plenty of coat closet space brings you into the cozy living room with wood floors and vaulted ceilings. Primary bedroom off the right has new KING bed and ensuite bath. Two additional bedrooms on the other side of the house that share a full bath - 1 queen sized bed, and the other has two twins. Double auto inflate air matress available for additional two guests. Tons of storage space for your gear as well. The kitchen contains a vast selection of available items for use, a four seater table and bar top. There is a huge 3 season room off the living area to enjoy morning coffee or evening toddies while having just the open woods to fill your mind or keep it empty and in-the-moment. There is a small desk area in one bedroom if work is a must. There is an outdoor gas grill available, washer and dryer, and plenty of cleaning supplies should the need arise. Starter pack of toiletries provided. ** Massanutten pool is able to be used by our guests under our guest pass, it is $6 a day per person. Hours are on the Massanutten Village website There are endless possibilities for guests including full ski/tubing resort, water park resort, ice skating, 2 golf courses, biking trails and walking trails in the resort.. mountain coaster coming soon! Great for all four seasons! And close to Harrisonburg too for JMU guests! ** Massanutten pool is able to be used by our guests under our guest pass, it is $6 a day per person. Hours are on the Massanutten Village website You will gain access with our smart lock, which code will be provided before check-in ! We are not available on site but super responsive and have a cleaner nearby! Check-in time is 3 pm Check-out time is 11 am. Dogs must be crate traned/can stay off furniture. **COMMUNITY RULES*** WELCOME TO MASSANUTTEN! This home is in a private residential neighborhood and is part of the Massanutten Property Owners Association (MPOA), governed by its rules and regulations. There are rental homes in al MPOA neighborhoods, but people also live here. Your nearby neighbors may be full-time residents, including families with children, retirees, second-home owners and other guests enjoying their retreat. NOISE • Quiet hours: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM. • Keep noise indoors during these hours. • No excessive noise at any time, as judged by MPOA or its assigned agents. PARKING • Keep all tires off the road. • Don't block fire hydrants or park in front of another property without written approval from your host. • Park only in designated areas or overflow lot (4007 Peak Dr Massanutten, VA 22840) • No buses, campers, or RVs to be parked at homes or on roads. Overflow lot is available with written approval from your host. OUTDOOR FIRES • High wildfire risk area! • No open fires. No unattended fires. • No firepit use during quiet hours (10:00 PM - 7:00 AM). •Firepits and grills may be restricted during local emergency conditions, check MassanuttenVillage do com & electronic sign at entrance for updates. ALCOHOL No open containers on roads or in common areas. PETS TRASH • Do not place garbage/trash outside, including screened-in porches, decks or carports.
