We thoroughly enjoyed our three day stay and found the property to be as advertised. It was clean, spacious and unbelievably quiet. The location is perfect to use as a home base for all of the other attractions in the area. Heather is a gracious host who was easy to contact and prompt with her responses to my questions. There were only four of us, but this property is perfect for a large family getaway.

This house is amazing. Incredible views, spectacularly clean, and unbelievably well organized with everything you need. Heather is very responsive and helpful. I cannot recommend this place enough. I’d give it 6 stars if I could - and I have a very high bar. We will definitely be back!

This was such an amazing stay. The home was beautiful, spacious, clean, and well-stocked. Heather was incredibly communicative and well-organized. She made the whole process extremely smooth. This was truly the ideal place for a get-away in the Whites. Can’t wait to rent it again!

Immaculate property, soft towels, great sheets, amazingly, thoughtful touches, large island for hanging out while cooking. Great scents to add to the beautiful decor and the hosts are extremely organized. The drive to the Mt Washington hotel was only 3 minutes from the property and one of our favorite views in NH.

Perfect In Every Way

The house is beautiful and has every amenity you could possibly think of. We love staying at the townhouses in Bretton Woods as opposed to staying in a hotel. The home is so clean and the hosts were even more amazing.

Great Mountain etaway

Heathers place was absolutely perfect for our group. It is incredibly well stocked/equipped, and extremely clean - and I am very picky about this! She was easy to communicate with and quick at responding, even delivered flowers to us after we had a minuscule inconvenience. I would highly recommend this property and will be booking it again next time I come to Bretton Woods!

Weekend Getaway

Perfect location looking up at Bretton Woods ski slopes. Hands down best equipped kitchen we've had in a rental and perfect layout for large family meals. Appreciate the second living space in basement so the kids can have there own play space. Host was very responsive and shared great tips to help with planning our stay. We already booked a return trip during ski season!

Ladies Getaway

We had a great time for our girls weekend! Extremely well stocked kitchen to cook some delicious meals, cozy fireplace and close proximity to restaurants and shops at The Mount Washington Hotel and nearby Bethlehem. The bunk room looked so fun with lots of toys and games so I will definitely be back with my kids next time. A perfect weekend all around!

Our host, Heather, was amazing—a great communicator who guided us every step of the way. The house is absolutely beautiful, super clean, with breathtaking mountain views, and the attention to detail throughout the home is superb.The kitchen is truly a cook’s dream! Our family cooked every meal and really enjoyed the spacious layout. All three bedrooms feature king-size beds and offer plenty of room to spread out comfortably. The fourth bedroom is perfect for a party with kids.We also loved the convenient location. We hiked nearby Arethusa Falls, visited the famous Super Secret Ice Cream in Bethlehem, and drove up the Mt. Washington Auto Road for spectacular views. Exploring the surrounding charming towns was such a treat.The cherry on top was watching the 4th of July fireworks in North Conway—simply amazing!Thank you Heather and family for such a wonderful stay!

Our experience at this beautiful home exceeded our expectations. Our host had truly thought of everything to make our stay easy and enjoyable. She was friendly, checked in on us, and had plenty of helpful suggestions. Check in was a breeze and the home was immaculate and well appointed. Having rented many vacation homes over the years, this property was the most well equipped and organized of all. We cooked in after a long day of skiing and the utensils, pots and pans and other supplies were topnotch. Again, our experience was terrific which allowed us a relaxing, family trip after a busy Holiday season. We hope to return.

Impressive Property

I've stayed at MANY properties in Bretton Woods over the years and I can easily say this one tops the list. Spacious, spotless, stocked wildly beyond the typical rental and was perfect for my kids with lots of toys, games and activities. Two minutes from the slopes and we really lucked out amazing early season snow conditions. The owner, Heather, communicated quickly and thoroughly and made sure we felt right at home. We already booked another weekend to come back in February before we even left!

We had the most wonderful stay at the Kismet house this weekend. The house is spacious, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked with basics and a few extras! Everything was impeccably clean and labeled (which we appreciated). My 5 year old daughter loved discovering the kids toys and craft kit - I didn't think she'd ever want to leave! The house is across the street from Bretton Woods ski mountain and less than 5 minutes from the Mt Washington Resort....tons to do, but we would have also been happy to sit on the back deck and admire the mountain foliage all day. We are already planning our trip back!

The Kismet home was amazing it had every amenity imaginable! We couldn’t have asked for a better home it was close to everything and Heather was so accommodating with suggestions. We hit all the great spots, Clark’s trading post, Crystal park, Santa’s village, Crystal cascade, Secret Ice cream and Lost River Gorges all in 4 days. The home had so many things for our grandchildren to do from dance parties with disco lights to games, legos, puzzles, books and a whole lot more! This home exceeded our expectations and we will definitely be back and highly recommend it! Thank you for making our mini family vacation wonderful!

Nature and beauty in the mountains

Our family had a wonderful stay at Heather’s beautiful property! She is a very thoughtful and responsive host. Our party of 6 adults was comfortable and each had our own room and bathroom. The common areas are big and accommodating and no shortage of places to site and relax. We appreciated all the details and recommendations that were provided. And when our in-laws had a little confusion with the door code, Heather was just quick call to assist. We highly recommend their vbro and hope to come back and enjoy it in the future!

Family Getaway

We enjoyed our time away with our family to hike and see what was left of the fall foliage. This house is impeccably clean and has a lot of amenities such as laundry supplies, full spices in the kitchen, toiletries and overall many extras that were really appreciated. The Little Mt. Deception trail is literally steps from the front door and made for a nice hike with a nice view of Mt. Washington. Our kids loved the bunk room and appreciated all of the toys and books they found downstairs. Wifi was solid, new smart TVs throughout and the Sonos speaker was a nice touch.
