Lovely quiet townhouse. We loved the easy access to Santa's Village and to Lincoln for Clarks Bears and shopping. Plus all Franconia Notch & Bretton Woods has to offer. We enjoyed our stay.

Perfect ski weekend getaway!

We had a blast at Bretton woods and this property was perfect for our family! Plenty of room for the adults and kids. Very clean and had everything we needed. Loved the hot tub and Mountain views!

Fantastic place

The properties are beautiful fantastic location, beautiful scenic views of white mountains etc. it was just a place that I was looking for to spend time with my family and friends.

The property was beautiful. Very clean and well maintained. It was like being home away from home. My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

ski weekend

Everything was great! Perfect size for the 10 of us and we our pets! We loved the fireplace and the host was available for any ?'s. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful Condo

Beautiful, spacious and very comfortable condo overlooking the ski slopes at Bretton Woods! Close to the mountain! Loved the jacuzzi! Have rented many condos there and would definitely rent this one again!

Perfect getaway!

We rented this townhome for a family get together and it was absolutely perfect. The place was clean and well maintained and was well appointed with everything and anything we needed. The management company was super responsive any time I had questions and was so easy to work with. We will definitely rent another property from them again!

Spacious, comfortable & amazing view!

Fantastic, spacious condo for our Thanksgiving getaway with a great fireplace and hot tub! Looks out directly to Bretton Woods ski resort. Incredible view & gorgeous sunsets over the mountains. Stocked with everything you'll need for a restful and relaxing stay. Beds were very comfortable too.

Spacious with a great view!

We had a great visit! Beautiful view from the condo and there was plenty of space for our group of 8! The hot tub was great too. The trash dumpster was surprisingly far and hard to find (even with a map) and there was some Christmas decor on display (in April!), but overall it was a good stay and I’d definitely recommend this condo!

Fantastic stay

Had one night stay of group 8 in this vacation condo. Marvelous beautiful Mountain View, spacious floors, cozy beds and everything kitchen, Coziest! Have to highlight the readied hot tub, give kids additional surprising! Will definitely come back for skiing and must book directly from their website to be more saving.

The unit was perfect for our needs and we had a great time.My only complaint (and it’s a big one) is that the bathroom supplies were woefully inadequate. Even the cheapest hotel has enough soap and shampoo for more than one person to take one shower. The packets are not enough to bathe one person with one packet.The price of the stay was more than enough for you to provide adequate toiletries for a three night stay.An otherwise 5 star rating gets a 3.5 due to its impact on 4 families.

We currently provide a starter set of supplies to help guests get settled, but we understand that for larger groups or multi-night stays they may run out more quickly. Beautiful Place and a Great Experience!

We had a wonderful stay at SH4 - the home was so cozy that we didn't even care that it was raining too hard to ski! The beds were really comfortable, the entire home was spotless and well-equipped (the only thing we couldn't find was cookie sheets - we might have just missed them), and the view was incredible. I would not hesitate to book this unit again - especially thru Bretton Woods Vacations - they were great and even reached out when there was a minor blip with our booking (my fault, not theirs). Great experience all around, and a really beautiful place to stay. Thank you!

Great house with a couple needed improvements

The location of the condo is just as advertised and the grounds are gorgeous! The house was cleaned very well and was very comfortable for our family (ages 14-70). We enjoyed the hot tub although it would have been nice if there were chairs on the bottom deck by the hot tub. We also enjoyed all the games the owner supplied. I do want to note some issues we had so others can be prepared. The chairs and table outside on the main deck were brittle and weathered terribly. Two of the chairs actually broke while 2 of my family members were sitting on them. Thankfully no one was hurt and we were told replacement chairs were being ordered and were given some fold up chairs to use for the remaining of our stay. The outdoor grill is not located outside the back deck (as the pictures show) but outside by the front door. It is very old and not in the best shape. Lastly, the lighting in the house is very dark. We did enjoy our stay and overall a great house with a few minor hiccups.

The only one we will not be able to act on is the grill - NH State Regulations require that grills cannot be used on decks, which is why they were moved to the front where they can be used away from the building as required by fire code for everyone’s safety. But we are already working on fixing all the other items, and we really appreciate us you informing us so that we could take action!

Great stay

We had a great stay at the property! It was more beautiful than it even looked in the pictures. The location was great, so close to the Omni hotel and so many of the best hikes. One thing that was a little difficult to navigate staying with a toddler who isn’t potty trained was the garbage situation. There’s nowhere to leave trash outside an the dumpsters are a 5-10 min drive away which made knowing what to do with dirty diapers difficult. Come with a plan! But otherwise a great stay!

Phenomenal Views & Amazing Vibes

The property is amazing! Everything was clean and organized. We loved the fact that the hot tub was on and ready for us to use on the first night. We will definitely be booking again in the warmer months.
