Pool can be heated upon request, Heated pool fee is $100/night. The pool can be heated to about 20-25 degrees above the ambient temperature with the max temperature set to 85 degrees, please keep in mind that when the weather is cooler the pool may not be able to be heated to a warm enough temperature. We recommend the pool is heated in the months between October to May each year. We require at least a 3-day notice before your arrival if you'd like the pool heated. Pool must be heated for the entirety of your stay. While FL is warm most of the year, we do experience cold fronts that affect how warm the pools can get when heated. Pets allowed —We are pet-friendly! The pet fee is $75/pet, max of 4. Pets must be registered before check-in. Kindly clean up after them to maintain our pristine outdoor spaces.
