Beautiful home!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was perfect. It had everything we needed. Loved the decor and the house had everything we needed. The location was wonderful. We will definitely try and rent this house again!

Comfortable stay, beautiful home

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a lovely stay at Second Wind. Overall, it's a really comfortable home with a nice layout, great kitchen and great beds. Unfortunately, there is only one parking spot for the house, which for a rental this size (six bedrooms) was very inconvenient.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed Second Wind. Plenty of capacity with 6 bedrooms and property is in very good condition. Kitchen and living area with the deck right there makes it a very enjoyable gathering place. The only nit would be the lack of parking for a house with so many bedrooms that accommodates that many people. There is one driveway spot and no parking on the street where the house is located.

Great vacation rental for large family

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here in September with 8 adults + 5 children and had plenty of space! There was an entire extra bedroom that we didn’t need to use. The house was super clean, well decorated, and had all the amenities you would need. We loved staying here as a family! There was a playground a couple houses away and the two pools, pickleball court, and lake were only a short walk away. There’s also shuttles available to drive you around. The neighborhood is close to plenty of restaurants and grocery stores as well. We were impressed with the house and neighborhood and would definitely stay here again.

High quality gorgeous and view. Not Senior Mobility best choice

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First, my four friends and I want to thank you and applaud the high quality of EVERYTHING we found in #390 Second Wind. The house was exceptionally clean. Gorgeous views and very comfortable . I also appreciate the kindness of the Guest Services folk when we arrived and when I had questions during our stay. Here are our concerns: Very poor communication before our final payment due date and after that date about crucial questions regarding parking safety options for 80 year olds, refund for cancellation if the fire, air quality were dangerous. I left multiple messages with every pick a number option. I sent DM to the owners’ Instagram postings. Crickets. Finally there was a message when I called about air quality and cancellation. The House Guide book was helpful but often didn’t resolve operation issues. It became obvious that the house is not intended for seniors or those with mobility issues. We chose to pay for a house that would accommodate many more than 5 so we could have individual bedrooms and 4 baths. No one fell, but without grab bars and non slick shower floors it was a concern. We spent several hours trying to get a movie to watch on your provided apps but almost all were unavailable at this time. We finally found one we could pay for on our personal account. I know it might be hard to monitor, but a $420 cleaning fee for 5 seniors 75 and older seemed excessive when we were asked to do much of the cleaning ourselves. Again, the house is amazing and we hope our comments might help the Village and owners tweak some things and practices to accommodate older adults. We are not grumpy or disabled just age appropriate limited. We hope you have a full and successful rest of the season.
