The Space:

The living area features 16-foot vaulted ceilings, skylights, and plenty of natural light. Enjoy all-new furnishings, a 50” Smart TV, and comfortable seating for the whole family. The open-concept layout connects the living, dining, and kitchen spaces—perfect for gatherings. The fully equipped kitchen includes updated countertops, a new refrigerator with ice maker and filtered water, and all the essentials for cooking and dining, from cookware to a blender and coffee maker. A pass-through bar makes serving easy, while the dining area offers seating for six. Step onto the screened-in porch—an absolute highlight of this villa. Nestled among the treetops, this oversized space offers a cozy rattan sectional, ottomans, and a colorful outdoor rug. Enjoy island breezes, bug-free evenings, and peaceful views of palm trees and the pool below.

• Primary Bedroom: King bed, Smart TV, ensuite bath with double sinks, large walk-in shower, luxury vinyl floors, and private access to the screened porch.

Lovely week in March

Perfect weather. Great beach — not very crowded. We love the location for easy walk to the beach, restaurants & bars. We travel with a dog, and we appreciate the walking trails and parks in HH. We loved this condo’s screen porch and the new skylights. Beds and pillows were comfy. Hope we’ll be back.

Great location!

We enjoyed our time in the condo. We rented bikes and cycled to brunch and the beach each day. The Tommy Bahama backpack chairs provided were a plus! Thank you for a wonderful stay in HHI!

This home was nice. Nicest thing was the screened porch off the living room. It was well appointed and surrounded by the environment. It had 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The secound bedroom on the main level was quite small and 2 twin beds left little room. The other two bedrooms were of sufficient size. The furniture and beds were comfortable. It was a fair walk to the beach and was up 3 half flights of stairs, but it was very convenient to one of the pools. I would return for a stay in this home.

A great time at Treetops / Seabreeze on HHI!

We escape winter for two months on Hilton Head Island - had a lovely stay. Eric is a great rental agent, pleasant and professional. The condo was clean and we found it a great location with a screen porch perfect for reading or an afternoon nap.

Great get-away

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo. We fixed some meals and the kitchen had everything we needed. The location is very well situated; within walking distance to the beach and easy access to the rest of the island. Wonderful bike and walking paths! We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Stay

Clean, updated and cheerful with an amazing screened porch. Exactly as advertised and pictures are accurate. Very positive communication with owner about bringing our dog. Lovely place to relax as a family. Will definately try to stay here again.

As in previous years we just love staying here. The property is close to the beach, the condo is clean and well cared for. The only suggestion I would have is the pillows could use replacing in the bedrooms and the pool doesn’t have enough chairs for the tables.

Amazing vacation home

We had an amazing week!! This place is adorable, super clean, quiet, extremely close to the beach and ocean, 3 pools, LOTS of great food/restaurants, biking trails (off the road), crabbing and fishing, jet skiing, ...this place was perfect for my family!! Nice little kitchen that made it feel like home as well!! We will be back!!

Close to beach

Second year in a row staying here with six of us. Convenient, updated and close to beach. We also love the screened in porch where we spent a lot of time. Only suggestion is in between renters they need to damp mop or wash the wood floors as after taking off shoes or taking a shower our feet became dirty right away

Treetops and Ocean Breezes

Very easy to access property upon arrival. Wood floors could use a good mopping. Otherwise mostly clean and in good condition. All we needed was mostly available. Close to wonderful restaurants and nice walk to the beach.

Family Vacation

The condo was perfectly situated close to the beach with great amenities for a family of 6. Our pups enjoyed their stay as well. Approximately 0.5 miles from the beach! Screened patio to enjoy the outdoors without being eaten by mosquitoes. It was nice that we all had our own rooms and bathrooms. Kitchen had plenty of pots pans etc for cooking! Would highly recommend!

Great condo and location.

Great location, convenient to beaches and Coligney Plaza and the main roads. Very quiet neighborhood. The condo was pretty clean. We didn't cook there at all so not sure how well stocked it is. Beds and couch were pretty comfy, but it struck us as odd that there is not a clock in the whole place (and the tidal clock must need new batteries, lol.) Love the screened porch and view of the trees and pool! It is kinda far from the parking lot and up some stairs so unpacking your car is the hardest part. Would stay there again though.

Almost Perfect

Great location and convenient to everything we wanted. The screened in porch was the BEST! We had some questions about the TV operation and we also had some plumbing issues (garbage disposal and one toilet) that were quickly corrected by property manager. The shower controllers need to be replaced in two of the bathrooms as they were a daily annoyance. Overall it was a positive experience.

Great Value, Experience

Overall our first trip to Hilton Head Island turned out to be a really nice experience. We were looking for a condo/house that would accommodate up to 6 people and our dogs. We had several questions prior to our booking and the host was very responsive. Upon arrival, we found a clean 3 bedroom condo just as described in the listing. This particular unit has been well maintained - bathrooms were clean, bedrooms were clean and comfortable. The living / dining area was clean and provided enough space for our family including our dogs. The location/unit was perfect for our dogs as we found it to be very dog-friendly. While the beach was not a priority for us in March, the location was centered between parking areas with direct beach access - one was metered parking and the other, free parking for both shops/restaurants and beach access in the Coligny area. Great weather provided the opportunity for beach time for two days and the beach experience in both locations were great - bathroom access plus food and beverage options just off the beach at both locations. Overall, great value and great experience with our stay.

Great location but needs a deep cleaning!

I really wanted to rate this condo higher but sadly I can not. Positives...it's in a wonderful development with great pools, convenient location to every thing and quick walk to Alder beach access! Pet friendly area. Roomy for our family of four adults. Everyone had their own bathroom/private sleeping spaces. The screened in porch was very large (offered more seating than the indoor family room) with nice sectional. Very relaxing in the evenings when cooler. We arrived on Saturday around 2pm and the host was gracious and allowed us to check in early. The negatives...My number one criteria when I rent a place is cleanliness and if people felt comfortable. This place was NOT clean. It is in DESPERATE need of a VERY deep clean! Like baseboards, floors vacuumed/mopped, tubs/shower floors scrubbed, bedding washed and rugs cleaned/vacuumed etc. I sadly spent my first evening doing laundry and cleaning. Two of the beds had hairs on the sheets ??? and the quilts did not look clean or smell fresh at all. I ended up washing all of the sheets as well as the quilts so everyone felt comfortable sleeping in the beds! I also thoroughly cleaned every surface in the kitchen/bathrooms because they too were dirty. No working vacuum or cleaning supplies as listed by the host. Pet hair on rugs/floors that wasn't our pets. Mattress in main bedroom was worn out. Again, I wish I could rate this property higher- It has so much potential if given some extra care and attention.

We Will Be Back!

We loved this property. It's a short walk to the beach and to Coligny Plaza with coffee, shopping and a grocery store. It was rainy so we didn't rent bikes, but I appreciate that we could and we probably will next time. We spent a lot of time in the screened in porch which was kept the mosquitos out and had plenty of comfy seating. The condo layout was perfect for me and two adult children and their partners as we each had our own room and full bath. It was nice that the pool was right outside as well. We cooked dinner in the kitchen each night which had plenty of pots, pans and dishes which was very convenient. Highly recommend this property and we will more than likely reserve it again. The welcome snacks in the sand box were a nice touch.

Perfect Hilton Head Getaway

The location to the beach, shopping and restaurants was great. The setting was tranquil and parking was convenient. The condo had a wonderful beach decor and every amenity we needed for a perfect family vacation- including a beach cart for easily transporting beach needs. Loved the snack filled welcome bucket.
