Shell House er et 3 soveværelse, 3 bad, Golf Villa, med den perfekte beliggenhed inde i Edgewater Panama City Beach Resort, kunne ikke være mere ideel til at gribe sporvogn ud foran, gå inden for sekunder til næsten alt inklusive at få en bid at spise eller slappe af ved stranden. WIFI inkluderet !!

De tre soveværelser er færdige med et fjernsyn, komfortable strøelse, overdådige puder og ekstra tæpper. Føreren konge og 2 gæst soveværelser ovenpå en med to dobbeltsenge, tilbyder en fantastisk udvej golfudsigt!

Køkkenet er fuldt fyldt med hver gryde og pande, der er nødvendigt for at nyde et måltid eller to og ja, der er en kaffekande, blender, brødrister mv. Vi har masser af plads til alle at nyde sig selv mens du er på ferie, væk fra hjemmet med alle de bekvemmeligheder og fornødenheder, der er til rådighed.

Lidt om selve feriestedet: Edgewater er den eneste fuld service resort i Panama City Beach. Det er helt gated med 24/7 sikkerhedsvagter. Udvej er perfekt til familier og har noget for enhver smag - shopping, restauranter, arkader, en skøjtebane, selv en bowlingbane. Med en fantastisk næsten 12.000 sqft. lagunen pool udstyret med vandfald og tropisk landskabspleje, vil gæsterne slappe af og nyde dette feriested. Det har også 11 swimmingpools og 9 opvarmede i hele feriestedet, 4 hot tubs, 9 hullers golfbane, pro shop, 11 tennisbaner, planlagte børns aktiviteter (sæsonbestemt), en fuld service spa, salon og kongrescenter. Der er poolside levende underholdning, vandsport, jet ski udlejning og strand stol service er tilgængelig sæsonbestemt. Edgies marked har drikkevarer, snacks, is, Starbucks og bekvemmelighedsartikler. Der er en Pizza Hut, Sub Shop, pool side Bimini Bar, Ocean's Beach Front spisning og Firefly fine dining restaurant. Booked this place for my nieces Dance event being hosted on the resort. Host made a lot of convenient items available in the Villa like a steamer, batteries, extra bedding, etc. Villa was located centrally between all the pools, resort entrances and event center. Beach and main pool were only 5-10 minute walk away. Restaurants and Groceries were within a 5 minute drive. All around great place to stay for 7 days.

Great location and nice condo

We always stay at Edgewater and enjoy the location and amenities. This is the first time in this golf villa, but won't be our last. The owner/manager was easy to contact and responsive.

Lovely visit!

We had such a great time with the family at this unit. It was the perfect walking distance from the beach and made us feel extra secure being in a gated community. The size of the condo was perfect for our family, very clean and put together beautifully with the beach decor. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

We were super close to the venue, a short walk to the resort/beach, and the villa was great! Clean, ready to go when we arrived, tons of space, there were even board games and other niceties to make it more like home. Highly recommend.

Absolutely loved the Villa 312. I don’t think I have ever stayed in a rental that had so many things to make you feel like you were home. These owners definitely know how to add the “at home” touches to their property. We will definitely stay again and recommend to others!

The condo was more spacious than excepted. Everything we needed was there. Great location and wonderful view on the back patio. Quick walk to the beach and very short walk to the pool. We will be back!

Wonderful stay at a clean and well-stocked villa

We had an excellent stay. We were very impressed with the attention to detail with the cleaning - the condo has been well taken care of. Even the inside of the appliances had been thoroughly cleaned. The condo was very well stocked- trash bags, coffee, dishwasher pods. Even games and puzzles to play. The owner was easy to communicate with. Check in and check out was simple. Location wise this is very close to the conference center and to the per way to walk over to the beach. We would definitely stay here again.

Vacation 2019

The whole experience from start to finish was easy and we were not disappointed with the property. The only thing I would say that could have been better was the cleaning of the floors/carpet, all else was fine. It only takes 5 minutes or less to get to the beach walking across the bridge. It’s a beautiful property and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our time and will come back

Glad you enjoyed your stay. It is hard to keep the floors clean but we do have the tile professionally steam cleaned every Spring and we are in the process of replacing the carpets in the bedrooms. Unfortunately the renters prior to us caused some damage in the home that had not been repaired yet. The homeowner was very gracious about it and got all issues resolved quickly. Perfect location to the venue and a fairly easy walk to the main pool and beach at the resort.

WONDERFUL!!

Great experience! The condo was HUGE! We had 4 adults and 3 children and PLENTY of room! Edge water is beautiful...a little worried about staying across the street from the beach but the location of the condo was very close to the walk over and when we had our hands full, we just called for the tram to come pick us it and it was waiting outside our door before we could get downstairs. We plan on making this our "go to" condo every year!

Very convenient

We enjoyed our stay! We were in the middle of all of the attractions. We actually walked across the road to the bowling alley at Rocket Lane. They had several activities to do in one place, bowling, skating, escape room and all. The house was as just as pictured. We had a very small problem and the host was available and had it taken care of immediately. The host response to all the questions prior to our stay at the house was super fast. Most houses you have buy grocery items such as salt, pepper, oil, trash bags, etc, but they had everything you needed with plenty of cleaning products. Ohhhh the hot water in the bathrooms never went out after several long showers. Yes!!! Rent here!!

Enjoyed our stay!

The condo was nice with plenty of space. They provided plenty of shuttle service running visitors to the beach and the large pool. We had a smaller pool really close for a quick dip if we wanted to stay closer to the condo. We played the par 3 golf course and it was in great shape! Holes range from 88yds to 193yds. If I had to complain about anything it would have been that the condo hadn’t been cleaned on our arrival. My guess is that the previous visitors probably forgot to text the cleaning service which is clearly in the instructions. What was more impressive is how fast the owner took care of it. I sent him a message and by the time we grabbed a bite to eat, the condo was ready to go! We can’t wait to go back. 👍🏼

Quiet Relaxing Townhouse with easy access to beach and pool

The last week of May/first week of June we stayed at the townhouse. There was plenty of parking and lots of shady spots so the car would stay cooler. There was a pool very close by (at the end of the building), it was not busy at all, we mostly went there at night for an evening swim. The condo was clean and comfortable. The 3 bedrooms were upstairs which was very nice and quiet. Some of our party were early risers and they could get up and go downstairs and leave others to sleep in. The kitchen had everything we needed and included washer/dryer. The living/dining area was open to the kitchen and plenty of room for everyone. Both floors had full length decks that overlooked one of the golf course holes and a pond full of fish and turtles. We enjoyed watching the turtles especially. The walk to the beach was easy (around the corner and over the bridge). More than half the time we rode over on the tram. The tram drivers were so nice and dropped us off right at the access to beach or pool. The edgewater property has everything you could need. The beach was huge and we rented chairs/umbrellas. As we wanted to we went up to the big pool and enjoyed swimming. Another thing I liked is that the property felt really secure and safe. We had to pass the guard house to get in, it was very lighted at night. This was important as our party was all women/girls except for one male. We felt comfortable there as we went back and forth to the pool and beach. Another valuable thing I liked about the location was that when you left the property you could turn right to go to the main road (front beach rd) where all the action (and traffic) is. Or, you could turn left to go to middle beach road which has way less traffic and will get you where you need to go down/up the beach much faster than Front Beach Rd. I would recommend this property after our visit.

Relaxation & Wedding

The Villa was so nice, well-kept, well furnished, well stocked in the kitchen and clean. We had fun feeding the turtles when bread or crackers was thrown out to them. They are huge! We were in town for one of our granddaughters Beach Wedding.

Stay for dance competition

We enjoyed our stay. We weren't overlooking the beach but the location ended up being good for the dance competition since we were close to the convention center. Place was nice and had everything we needed. It was a little walk to the beach but not too bad and the trams were pretty frequent so if you really needed it you didn't have to wait too long for one.

Our family has owned this fabulous property since it was built in 1985. It was originally purchased as a place where our entire family could gather, rest and re-energize. As the third generation came along, the grandkids loved going to their Papa’s property where they could walk along the shoreline hunting for the perfect shell. Hence, the grandkids labeled it Papa’s Shell House.

This property was not established as a rental property. It is our family’s second home. We think that you will be able to feel the warmth of how we care for this property during your time in our unit.

Over the years, God has blessed our family with more loved ones than this property can hold. For this reason, we also have the unit directly next door to this condo that we call Shell House Take Too.

Edgewater is the only full-service resort in Panama City Beach, offering more amenities than elsewhere.

There is no place in Panama City Beach that rivals Edgewater Beach and Golf Resort, offering more amenities than any other area resort: enjoy the seasonally-heated pool right by our villa or stroll over the pedestrian bridge that is just a few steps away to dip into the beachfront lagoon pool. The free kids splash pad and two additional hot tubs flank the lagoon pool, and for meals/snacks/drinks, stop into Oceans Restaurant or pop by Blenders or Shakers bar.

The nine-hole, par three executive golf course is located on our side of the resort along with 10 lighted Plexicushion tennis courts, pickleball courts, basketball court, shuffleboard courts, a complete pro-shop for equipment rental for tennis and golf, plus high-tech fitness center. Golf has an additional fee for use, but the fitness center and all sport courts are available free of charge. We are also one of the closest villas to the convention center.

Additional on-site options include Edgie's beach store with Starbucks and ice cream, free tram service throughout the resort, and plenty of beach chairs, watersports and fun activities like parasailing, banana boat rides and waverunner rentals right in front of our property.
