Escape to coastal, casual Villa 610 at Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort.

New Owner! We are expanding our rental properties in Panama City Beach and have recently added this unit. We have 5 star reviews at our other properties.

This 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. The main living area is spacious & comfortable with ample seating, a smart TV, large windows and sliding glass doors that open onto a balcony that overlooks the golf course. We have a fully stocked kitchen, a washer & dryer, and provide a starter pack of essentials (paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, etc).

Bedroom 1 - Master with King bed with en suite, with panoramic windows overlooking the golf course and access to balcony.
Bedroom 2 - King bed with full bath.
Bedroom 3 - King bed, 2 twin bunks with full bath and private balcony.

Our second floor unit is in the coveted 600 building --- on 1st hole of the golf course and less than a 10 minute walk to the pool & beach. Close and convenient parking directly in front of the unit. Load and unload your belongings with no elevators and no crowds! (There are no elevators available at this section of Edgewater.)

Our unit is also steps away from a tram pickup spot. Edgewater offers this complimentary transportation to & from the beach access, main resort, lagoon pool, restaurants, and shopping. There are tram stops located all around the resort and the shuttles run every 15-20 minutes, or you can scan the QR code to arrange a pickup at your convenience.

Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort is centrally located between the East and West ends of Panama City Beach and offers easy access to nearby restaurants, activities, and attractions. Enjoy the privacy and security of a 24-hour gated community while being in the heart of all the action.

IMPORTANT: All guests must register prior to their stay at Edgewater Beach Resort. The primary guest (person whose name is on the reservation) must be at least 25 years old and on property for the duration of the reservation. The $50 registration fee includes one vehicle parking pass and resort access wristbands allowing the use of most Resort amenities (some Club amenities require an additional fee). The registration fee is required whether the guest will have a vehicle or not. There is a $30 charge for a second vehicle and an additional $50 for a 3rd vehicle. These fees are paid directly to Edgewater and not the property owner.

The unit was bigger than we expected. Only a couple of things come to mind that we wish were different and that was the master bedroom was much warmer than any other room, especially during the day, and we had to clean a few things a little better before we used them (silverware and toilets). We are previous owners of a unit at Edgewater and truly feel that if those two things were tweaked a little better then this place would be 5stars.

This villa was amazing. We spent a week in this villa with 4 adults with plenty of space. This villa had the perfect location to watch golf, walk to the beach, enjoy the pool, or walk to Oceans Restaurant. It was a short walk over the bridge to the lagoon pool/beach. You could also walk through the parking lot to a small pool that was heated. The villa was stocked with all necessities to get your vacation started. You may want to bring extra toilet paper, garbage bags, laundry soap, etc. One of the best surprises was that each room came with their own sound machine for white noise. Great addition! We will be booking here again in the near future.

Villa 610 is a beautiful condo is the perfect quiet location and has everything you need! The bedrooms and baths are perfect for family or friends with plenty of privacy for all. Easy check-in with friendly staff. This condo is a few minutes from shopping and restaurants. The complimentary tram service around the Edgewater property is the perfect way to get to the beach and on-site restaurant. We will definitely stay here again!

Fantastic!

We stayed at the property for a dance competition taking place at the convention center just steps across the parking lot - so convenient! The beach pool and beach were about a 5 minute walk across the walking bridge. Plenty of beach toys and floaties for the kids to use. The villa was tidy and had everything we needed, and exactly as pictured in the listing. Amber was great! She responded quickly to our questions. 10/10 would stay here again!

We have been staying at Edgewater for years and love the amenities offered. This was our first stay in this unit and it did not disappoint. Perfect stay at Edgewater

This is our second time staying at this property and we just love it! The condo is totally spotless, communication with Amber is quick, deck box is well stocked (as of our trip) with 4 umbrellas, 5 chairs and a variety of beach toys. We have plenty of space to enjoy the condo and really loved the pickleball courts. The walk to the pool and beach is quick. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes and cookware and we appreciate an in unit laundry set up to do laundry. We love this condo!

The property and location are the best. Away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to drive to get dinner and ice cream. Pier Park is close by for shopping and eating. Will definitely stay again.

Great vacation condo

We enjoyed our stay in this Edgewater Beach Resort Condo. It had plenty of space for everyone and was very clean. Short walk to the lagoon pool and beach and it was very quiet on the golf course side.

Perfect location, 5 minutes door to beach!

This is my favorite beach property we have ever stayed at! Edgewater resort is lovely of course but this specific condo was beautiful, clean, well stocked and had plenty of room for our group of 8 to stay. The check in email before we got there was SO clear and informational that we didn’t have a single question during our stay but I know if we did, Amber would have answered it! Beds were comfy, plenty of linens and towels, we appreciated the soft, warm blankets in the living room and so many other thoughtful details that made it feel like a home and not just a rental for a few days. We found the deck box full of beach toys, chairs and an umbrella - we left a few items too so it should be well stocked for visitors! We loved this property and will book again for sure!

Lovely Villa in a Great Resort

I can’t say enough about how lovely this property is. So very convenient to pools, the beach, activities and restaurants! Entrance to the property is off the busy Front Beach Rd, so easier to get in and out. Parking right in front of the villa, and like the listing says, just steps from the bridge to the main pools and beach. Comfortable, well-stocked accommodations with plenty of room and thoughtful appointments. Communicative and responsive host! My family loved our time there and would love to stay in Villa 610 again!

Amazing!

Such a wonderful stay! We were here for three nights and the location could not be better. The pictures do not do the inside of the property justice. The owner is just wonderful as well and was very quick and responsive. Will definitely be back and would recommend to anyone.
