It was all excellent! Owner was great,as was the caretaker. We absolutely loved our stay!! The house was as advertised,and we have zero complaints.

Amazing!

We’ve been to Elbow Cay a few times already but this property was special. Great location and views, access to both beach and marina as well as a lovely plunge pool. Very well decorated and comfortable. We’d love to come back!

Birthday Getaway

We came here for a birthday trip for my wife. The house and location was amazing. Private access to the beach, with absolutely no one else on it. Golf cart rides to many restaurants and bars. We will definitely be staying here again.

Another amazing experience on Elbow! We've been visitors for over 20 years and although the island is changing rapidly, we always love coming back. Las Olas was absolutely perfect for a get away for my wife and myself. It is very quiet, private and just what we needed for the two of us. We enjoyed the pool every afternoon once we got off our boat. It is very convenient to Sea Spray and Abaco Inn and is an easy golf cart ride to Tahiti Beach (we actually walked to Tahiti one day). Maxwell was fantastic on our arrival meeting us at the SeaSpray dock we rented and helping us to the house with our bags. We will definitely rent Las Olas again when we return without the kids!

Las Olas is a wonderful oceanfront cottage in the Abacos that perfectly combines comfort, charm, and convenience. The attention to detail throughout the property is exceptional—every amenity has been thoughtfully considered, making it feel both luxurious and welcoming.The location is hard to beat. It’s just a short golf cart ride to Sea Spray Marina and beautiful Tahiti Beach, making it easy to enjoy some of the best attractions that Elbow Cay has to offer. Whether you’re looking to relax by the water, explore the island, or enjoy the local dining and boating scene, Las Olas provides the perfect home base.If you’re planning a trip to the Abacos, I highly recommend Las Olas. The ocean views, well-appointed accommodations, and outstanding location make it a place you’ll want to return to again and again.

Catherine is a fantastic communicator, and the house was everything we hoped for and more. The house manager met us at the dock, handled all of our luggage, and gave us a thorough walkthrough explaining how everything worked. The home is absolutely adorable — not your typical worn-out beach rental. The deck was the perfect place to watch the sunrise each morning, and the private stairs from the property led down to an amazing, walkable beach. We’re already looking forward to booking this house again in the near future.

The house was better than expected. My husband and I stayed here w the kids and the grand parents stayed at elbow reef which is very close. The host was quick to respond. We’ll be back.

This home was simply perfect! Perfect accommodations for two couples. The location is just about as good as it gets - right on the Atlantic and a 5 minute walk to the Sea of Abaco. We also rented a boat slip from the Sea Spray Marina which was less than a 2 minute cart ride away. The home itself is in excellent condition. The furniture is cozy and the bedding was super comfortable. The home was clean, tidy and had all the amenities we needed. Catherine was an excellent host - very responsive and checked in on us which was so helpful. We hope to come back soon!

It’s a winner!

The house is quaint and lovingly decorated. Perfect for 2 to 4 guests. Extremely well stockedfrom pantry to beach towels to q-tips! lolThe view is amazing. The pool is a plunge pool,great for cooling off but not swimming. I suggest you hire their caretaker Maxwell. He was a huge help with finding the house and carrying heavy luggage up the entrance stairs.
