Tambuli Seaside Living is a high-end residential and resort-style condominium development located in Mactan, Cebu, Philippines. It offers luxurious seaside living with direct access to the beach and a wide array of amenities designed for relaxation and recreation. The property typically features spacious units with modern interiors, ranging from studio apartments to larger units with multiple bedrooms. Residents or condo owners can enjoy various facilities, including swimming pools, a fitness center, water sports activities, restaurants, and landscaped gardens, all within a tropical setting. It is known for its serene atmosphere, making it a popular choice for those seeking a resort-like lifestyle or an investment in a vacation home. The location also provides easy access to Cebu's key tourist attractions and Mactan-Cebu International Airport. PLEASE BE AWARE of the differences BETWEEN THE USE OF CONDO POOL AND THE USE OF RESORTS POOLS. CONDO POOL IS FREE FOR.EXTERNAL GUESTS while Resort Pools needs to pay extra in order to use the beach and 5 swimming pools with pool bar and sliding pool for children. External Guest can use or may use amenities from the resorts by purchasing a daily pass right in the hotel reception or purchase a voucher from us which is way cheaper than the hotel. ( if vouchers are available for your time and arrival) , we can reserve a vouchers for you if you want.
The property is inside the resort, though the property has its own swimming pool for free and included in the booking, it will costs an extra fee for using the resort ammenities like the 5 pools with pool bar and sliding pool, the private beach and gym , pool loungers and sun deck. We as owner also have to pay if we want to use the resort amenities, but we will get a good discounts price as owner.
Our offer book a minimum of 10 nights in advance and get free access everyday to the resort amenities (no food included).
