Just 1.5 km from the Tremblant pedestrian village and ski slopes (free shuttle service is available), this home is conveniently located to all local activities, dining, and experiences.

Step into elegance and sophistication in our meticulously designed condominium. The expansive living space greets you with modern furnishings, floor to ceiling windows, a gas fireplace, and upscale finishes. The living area leads out onto the spacious private balcony, complete with a seating area for gathering on warm Summer evenings.

You can prepare gourmet meals in the chef's kitchen equipped with state-of-the-art appliances. Our home is equipped with all cutlery, bakeware, cookware, and dishes you will need for nights you’re not enjoying one of the popular local restaurants.

Bedroom #1 includes a King bed with a private ensuite bathroom and Smart TV. Bedroom #2 features a Queen bed, private ensuite bathroom, and Smart TV. Bedroom #3 offers two built-in bunk beds in a cozy hangout room for teens and littles. The third bathroom in this home is located on the main floor.

Parking is a breeze with two covered spots, one of which features an electric vehicle charger. There's also a secure ski and bike storage room, catering to your outdoor adventure needs.

This unit is on the second floor and has a third floor and is located with no other buildings behind it creating a private experience on the patio in the rear amongst the trees. The unit also includes two balconies, providing ample space to unwind and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.

1) The occupancy of the property is restricted to the names listed. The Management Company must be notified by message of any changes to the occupancy. The number of people occupying the property shall not exceed what was entered at the time of booking. This includes all children and babies unless an exception is agreed upon with The Management Company.

2) The person booking the property must be 25 years of age or older and be always present for the duration of the rental period. This condition will be strictly enforced, failure to comply may result in immediate eviction from the property without refund.

3) The Renter agrees to leave the property and surrender the keys/parking passes upon check-out. Any items not returned will result in forfeiture of appropriate portions of the damage deposit. Replacing each fob or pass will be 100 CAD.

4) The Renter agrees to remove all garbage and recycling to the outside receptacles upon their departure, this includes all alcohol bottles. A breach of this policy will result in a forfeiture of 150 CAD retained from the damage deposit.

5) The Renter agrees to not smoke anywhere on the property. A breach of this policy will result in forfeiture of the damage deposit in full.

6) A cleaning charge is taken at the time of booking. This is to cover basic cleaning expected from usual and normal use of the property and to include all floors, bathrooms, beds, and kitchen. Any exceptional cleaning that would be considered required due to beyond normal and conscientious use of the property will be deducted from the damage deposit at an hourly rate.

7) The Management Company is not liable, nor will provide a refund, for any stoppage of electrical services caused by extreme weather or other circumstances beyond its control.

8) If property damage occurs the Management Company reserves the right to use the damage deposit at its sole discretion to compensate the owner for costs incurred to repair or replace to like kind and quality.

9) The Renter hereby agrees and acquiesces to entry by the Management Company, the OPP or the Town’s Licensing Bylaw Officers because of noise violation, occupancy violation or any other reasonable purpose.

10) The Management Company will not be liable for any injury, illness or death of the Renter, his/her guests, visitors, or any other persons that are injured as a result of the renters occupancy or actions.

11) The Renter agrees not to sublease or assign the property without written permission from the Management Company.

12) The Renter agrees not to order any services or material on behalf of the Management Company. This will result in a partial or full forfeiture of the damage deposit.

13) The Renter agrees not to engage in any unlawful or irresponsible activities or behaviour during their rental period that may result in injury or damage to himself/herself, his/her co-renters, or any other persons on the property. Engaging in such activities could result in eviction without refund.

14) The Management Company hereby undertakes to exert their best effort to address and resolve any emergencies that occur during the rental period of the renter in a timely fashion that limits any inconvenience to the renter. If the emergency is not caused by the renter and it cannot be remedied in a timely fashion and the property cannot be used in an acceptable manner resulting in the renter vacating the property, then the Management Company agrees to refund all or part of the rental cost.

Overall a great stay

Generally we really enjoyed our stay at the property. The unit itself is lovely and exactly as shown in the photos. The location is very convenient (almost walkable to Tremblant if you're ambitious) and we found the community to be very pleasant and quiet.There was plenty of closet space for everyone, and the ski locker was very handy.In the master and second bedrooms we found the mattresses to be exceedingly soft and unsupportive...not because they are old, they are just overly soft mattresses. When we discovered only two coffee cups in the room the property management firm quickly brought us more.We were initially disappointed the "spa facilities" (i.e. the hot tubs and sauna in the adjacent building) were not working for almost two days. Understanding the property management company has no direct control over the facilities, after learning (from other guests) the problem had been ongoing for more than a week; and, after getting a call from the Verbier management and being told "we have been having problems with the equipment", I feel that it would have been appropriate for the listing to be updated with information about the potential inability to use the spa facilities. Having the use of a hot tub and sauna was one of the primary reasons we booked this particular unit over other options....and we ended up not being able to enjoy them for half of our stay due to what I think is fair to say were known and existing issues.
