Thank you for your feedback—we truly appreciate you taking the time to share your suggestions. We do want to mention that we provide a starter kit for our guests, and we’re careful to be upfront about exactly what items are included. Prior to arrival, we send a detailed list so guests can plan accordingly for anything they may want to bring or purchase during their stay. Items such as shampoo and coffee are not included in the starter kit, and we apologize if that caused any inconvenience at the start of your trip. We also appreciate your note about the bed comfort. We understand how important a good night’s sleep is, and your suggestion of adding a topper is very helpful as we continue looking for ways to improve the guest experience. Thank you again for your thoughtful input—it helps us continue to refine and improve. We hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the location, but we’re truly sorry for the issues you experienced with the pool during your stay. We understand how disappointing this must have been, especially when the pool was such an important part of your family’s vacation plans. Our team did request photos in an effort to help diagnose the issue and coordinate with maintenance as quickly as possible, but we recognize that the resolution did not happen in a timely manner during your stay, and for that we sincerely apologize. Your comments have been shared with both our maintenance and guest communication teams so we can improve both response times and follow-through in situations like this moving forward. We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.
