The location was amazing. Perfect for ocean and sunset views. It was a warm week, so we were happy for the AC units in the rooms. I would have loved some screens in the ocean side windows, as well as a working screen door in the balcony slider so that evening cooler air could be let in, without bugs. The house is older, and could use some updating of items such as sliders/windows, and maybe some deep cleaning of baseboards, floors would be helpful. Communicating with Beachfront Only was easy and reliable. They responded to my requests quickly, even bringing a new ice machine when current one was broken. This was not my first time booking with them.I look forward to booking with this company again in the future.

Great Beach Getaway

Stayed with my young family and they enjoyed the stay! Beautiful kid friendly patio with ocean views. Well cleaned and felt very comfortable!

We had a great stay! The view of the ocean was unbeatable, and it was lovely going to bed to the sound of the waves crashing. For our kids to bodyboard and play in the water, we had to walk or drive to the city beach. The Buccaneer Cafe, which was less than a block away, had excellent breakfast burritos.

Beachfront

Check in and out was easy, management was quick to respond when needed. Close to great restaurants and public beaches.

Anniversary Getaway

The property was just as described! Great location, all the amenities, very clean. Other renters were quiet and respectful. The weather was perfect and we had a great time!

Amazing weekend

Just what we hoped for an awesome deck looking at the ocean comfortable beds and relaxing quiet area. Could have used a light over kitchen table for evening activities but we enjoyed everything and will remember it when we come back

Right on the ocean

Location was ideal. Away from the noise, just down the street form Buccaneers. Right on the ocean for body surfing, boogie boarding or surfing when the whim arises!

Amazing little getaway

The property was perfect. It was quiet and very clean. The staff was on call all weekend for any problems that arouse, and were very friendly.

Waking up to the ocean waves was amazing!!

I would definitely stay at this place again. Super easy to get to, clean, way easy to check in and check out, and the view cannot be beat. I cracked the window open to fall asleep to the ocean waves and wake up to them. I loved sitting on the porch next to the fire. I’m definitely keeping this on my list to come back to.

Dry clean

It was a great place to stay. However, we were not able to utilize the outdoor common areas as the other guests had their wet clothes and towels on all the furniture outside. Other than that we enjoyed it.

Beachfront Beauty

Wonderful condo unit steps from the beach. Immaculately clean. My only complaint is limited parking and the bunk beds in the second bedroom really don’t work for a girls trip. The unit even had air conditioning which was needed over Labor Day heat wave!

Overall it was one of the best places we ever stayed. We did not receive the code for the gate.Also it was not clean under the bunk bed. There is probably still a pair of male underwear there. We loved the patio! We already made reservations for April. So we loved the place.
