Derik was an amazing guest! Communication was excellent, and he left the cabin in great shape. I’m so glad he and his group enjoyed the peaceful seclusion, the mountain views, and the hiking trails nearby. While progress has been slow, I believe we’ve made real headway. They’re now planning to begin repairs by August 2025, with a projected cost of over $150,000. Wish me luck in seeing this through!
