Room was great!! As advertised!! View was awesome!! No complaints other than issue with washer but host took care of us with that. Great Experience!!

While this is a first floor unit, it’s not ground level - there’s a parking garage.

Day staff at the facility were rude. (Not front desk, they were great!) mainly woman with short blonde hair that walked the area. Seemed she went looking for trouble or tried to create trouble when there were none. Condo itself and host was great.

Very clean, plenty of towels/toilet paper/etc. Internet was fast. Direct beach access and umbrella/chair provided at no additional charge. It is an older building but overall I have complaints.

The unit was great!!

I have stayed at the silver sands in the past, and as usual everything about the complex has always been wonderful. I will definitely return. Since the weather wasnt the most cooperative when we were there, it was always a plus that the pool is heated.

We had a very rocky start to our trip as the front desk closes at 5pm and our plane came in at that time. Because of that, we were unable to access the pool, fitness center and the beach our first night. We got to our condo and entered the code given to us to enter, and it did not work. After 2 calls, I was given a new code that worked. The condo was very nice, BEAUTIFUL view of the pool and ocean- but I didn't find it to be very clean. It looked like someone cleaned the basic things, but didn't deep clean. All in all, it was a good stay!

We had no issues with the room itself, our issues were more with Sterlings Sands. We had no idea we would not be able bring any form of personal umbrella to the beach until AFTER we booked the condo. My son is only 4, so having some shade for the beach was a necessity. We ended up renting just an umbrella on day 1 to put above our personal chairs (we sat behind the rental umbrella and chairs as directed on the “rules” sign) On our 2nd day, we had planned on doing the same thing, but after we paid for the umbrella, the “manager” of the chair rentals approached us and told us we were not allowed to have an umbrella there and wanted us to move at least 50 yards down the beach behind 3 more rows of chairs! He was extremely unprofessional by the way he approached us. He also stated that we were not breaking any rules, but he already told someone else they couldn’t do it so that was his reasoning behind the whole conflict. On day 1 we were told we could not have a canopy of any kind anywhere on the beach, but we were able to get a rental umbrella. On day 2 we were told we could have a canopy, but couldn’t put the rental umbrella where we had it the day before. We also couldn’t put our chairs or even a towel anywhere near the water. Not sure what they have going on, but nobody was on the same page!! Everything we tried to do to enjoy the beach we were told we couldn’t. There were SEVERAL other people at the beach who had the same issues with the staff.

I’m sorry the beach rules and the chair/umbrella staff interaction made your stay stressful — that’s not the experience we want for our guests. Actions we’re taking: - We’ll report the inconsistent enforcement and the staff conduct to the property/resort management and the beach vendor so they can address training and clarify policy enforcement. - We’ll request clearer signage and consistent guidelines about umbrellas, canopies, and where chairs/towels may be placed. - We’ll make sure we have updated guest information with the resort’s current beach rules and the chair/umbrella rental process so future guests know what to expect before arrival. Thanks again for letting us know — your notes help us push for improvements.
