Wake Up to a View: The primary master bedroom offers a king bed and sweeping views of Elliott Bay. It features a cozy seating area beneath a soaring two-story ceiling and a newly updated bathroom (2025).
Relaxing Outdoor Spaces: Start your day with coffee on the rocking chair porch, unwind in the peaceful yard, or take a quiet moment on your private deck.
The spacious second bedroom offers panoramic views and includes its own small private deck.
The third, smaller bedroom is equipped with a twin-over-full bunk bed, perfect for younger guests.
Second Floor - Main Floor:
This level boasts a generous living area with a smart TV, dining space, and a fully equipped kitchen, ideal for gathering and entertaining.
First Floor - Lower Level:
The lower level features two queen bedrooms and a versatile room with two twin beds, a seating sofa, and a smart TV. A newly renovated bathroom (2024) completes the space, offering comfort and flexibility for your stay.

**Parking Garage Information:**
The parking garage can accommodate 2 small cars or 1 standard-sized car. It is located on a lower street between 8th Ave W and 9th Ave W. To reach the parking garage, travel on Olympic Way W and turn onto a small street after passing 8th Ave W, just before reaching 9th Ave W. The garage will be on your right. You will need to walk a fewer stairs up and the house will be on your left.
The GPS normally directs you to 8th Ave W, you can park along that street. From there, you will need to walk downstairs to reach the house, which will be on your right.

Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
Remove all perishable items
Take out the trash
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip linens from all used beds
Place all used linens and towels in a pile
Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
Close and lock all windows and doors
Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it
