Dette havudsigt ejendom har en perfekt beliggenhed og adgang til to strande! Gå ned ad bakken til fredelige North Beach på kun 3 minutter, eller til de sand på Hampton Beach på kun 10 minutter. Den korte gåtur til den travle Hampton boardwalk giver adgang til mange restauranter, butikker og endda en spillehal! Denne Boar Head hjem har masser af plads til alle (sover 10) og har en smuk udsigt over vandet fra begge niveauer! Der er 4 soveværelser, 2 badeværelser og en færdig kælder, som børnene vil elske, hvor der er en dronning sovesofa, et stort fladskærms-tv og masser af spil. To fladskærms-tv, trådløst internet, AC, opvaskemaskine, vaskemaskine, tørretumbler og loftsventilator er blot nogle flere af de faciliteter, der indgår i denne pænt indrettede hjem. Der er også en dejlig baggård med en dæk, grill, bord og stole til at spise udenfor eller slappe af! We had a very nice stay in this exceptionally clean and well stocked home. Communication with the host throughout the entire experience was fantastic. We had 8 adults and 1 child so all bedrooms as well as the pull out in the basement family room were used. There was room to cook and share meals together as well as relax and play games after a day at the beach.

We had the most wonderful stay at Patti’s home and the location was incredible. She was so accommodating and helpful and it was so appreciated as we were flying in from South Carolina with small children. We had 10 of us to stay and the house was perfect! The kids especially loved the basement full of fun toys and their own little space. The walk to the beach was very easy and the location was central to everything. We would absolutely return and can’t thank Patti enough for the hospitality and assistance with all our needs!!

We were a mixed group from 70 to 14 and everyone had a wonderful time. Host is extremely gracious. Home is very clean and nicely appointed. If you’re a runner, it’s a paradise - lots of nice routes right along the sea coast and bay coast. Also walkable to a bustling downtown that has loads of entertainment for all ages. Great seafood too, of course. There is also a nice grill area outside that we took advantage of as well. Beach is visible from the house and not even a five minute walk. Beds were all comfortable. Beautiful family friendly environment with nice, helpful neighbors. We got to fish everyday and kayaked from the bay. Would love to come back for a longer stay.

Wonderful Beach Home @ Boars Head

Our family enjoyed our stay at this well cared for beach home in the beautiful, quiet, Boars Head neighborhood. We enjoyed a relaxing time with all the amenities and a short walk to North Beach. The owners live in close proximity making it convenient to communicate with any questions you may have.

Great Beach Vacation

The home is very pretty ( like the quintessential beach cottage my Nana had) and larger than I expected. The back yard was great for my grandchildren and the beach is very close. Get to the beach early, though, as parking fills up fast! We got is down to a science and had a wonderful time.

Perfect Location

The house is situated in a safe, clean, and beautiful neighborhood centered between two beaches ( it was a surfers paradise when we were there). The house itself was clean and well maintained with ample room for two couples. Patti is pleasant and easy to work with and would definitively stay here again.

Great Location

Our family had a wonderful stay. The house was beautiful and spacious with plenty of room for the whole family. North Beach was a short walk away and Hampton Beach was also very close. The neighborhood was beautiful. The property owners were very accommodating. The only downside for us was the lack of parking but the owners were able to provide an additional space. I highly recommend this as a great place to stay!

Awesome stay!

Our family of 7 had an amazing week! The house was so clean, well organized, and had everything we needed. Great location, wonderful ocean air, very friendly neighbors, and so close to the beach and all the fun Hampton attractions (though not noisy at all). Patti and Tim were lovely and so attentive to every detail. We definitely give it a 5-star review and would love to come back! Thanks again, Patti and Tim!

Our stay was fabulous! Easy check in . Beautiful home in a wonderful community! The owners were very accomodating and friendly! This is not your typical beach house rental! It is well kept. Beautifully furnished and clean! We can't wait to go back! We travelled with young children and the home was actually equipped with toys and games! It was FABULOUS!!!

Annual family beach vacation

The Beach Box on Boars Head in Hampton was a great place for our family. The place is well kept and afforded plenty of room for all of us- 7 adults, 4 kids. The yard was great for the kids and the neighborhood is relatively quiet! The Spooners are very accommodating and were there when we needed them. Although the north beach was closer we spent all our beach time on the main Hampton side where the tides did not interfere with our spot!! We were very happy with our stay and would highly recommend the Beach Box as a wonderful vacation spot. A big thank you to the Spooners who took very good care of us!

Beautiful community

We had a wonderful small family reunion and gathering here. the house was spacious and super clean and very comfortable. It is a great spot for getting long walks on North beach and being close to many of Hampton Beach’s places to eat and play! It does say ocean views as opposed to ocean front, it is not ocean front. The ocean views are very limited as it is across the street and behind other homes from the ocean. The owners are wonderful and keep this home looking great inside and out. I would definitely return to this lovely, clean and quiet area again!!

With respect to your comment re ocean views, the home is not ocean front (and is not advertised as such)...but it does have beautiful ocean views from both floors, and the views are exactly as the photos in the listing show...the photos in the listing are taken from the inside looking out and very accurately show what the views are. Wonderful Memorial Day Weekend!

We checked in Friday, with our daughter and a couple of her friends. Patti, the owner was very proactive in communicating ahead of our arrival, she was there to check us in and was available during our stay, just a couple doors away. The house is in a great quiet location, with an easy to walk to the beach. The home is beautiful clean and has good interior space, there are lovely sea views from a couple of the bedrooms and from the living room. There is a small lovely shared yard, to enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine. We had a great long weekend and look forward to coming back. Thank you Patti!

Amazing

We had a wonderful time staying in Hampton Beach at this beautiful home. Just a short walk to a quiet beach for morning and evening walks as well as afternoons at the beach. Despite the weather the kids went into the water everyday. We loved the closeness of the house to the beach. Owners were very responsive to our needs/concerns and extremely helpful in our preparations for our stay. I also appreciated the person conversations with Patti regarding the property. She was very helpful. Thank you for making your lovely home avaible for my family to use on our vacation. We look forward to staying here again. Also, the house was exactly as shown in the pictures! Lovely home

Clean lovely charming home - owners very accommodating and live 2 houses away. Beautiful Ocean breezes & front of house on 1st floor whole wall is lined w slider doors to view the ocean between houses in front if you 2 front bedrooms have view of the ocean & beautiful ocean cross beeezes ( four nice bedrooms in total w sleep sofa in basement) Nice large living room & kitchen w all u need. Nice family room downstairs w another TV & games for kids - beach chairs & boogie boards & sand toys too. Nice shared green outdoor space shared w connected houses in back yard- neighbors friendly Down side: is only 2 parking spaces -extra might be avail w owner but not the week we were there 4th of July - overnight guests cost 120 for parking per car in a few parking lots driving distance 20 mins w summer traffic… Be prepare to walk 8-10 mins w little kids walk to North beach We prefer less seaweed & rocks on the Hampton Beach side- 16 min walk to get past the rocks & def need a wagon to pull everything a family needs for the day at the beach if you don t want to fight traffic driving everyone down to the spot on the beach u prefer. To walk to Hampton Boardwalk arcades etc was a bit of a stretch w small children if everyone is walking…. But you will get your steps in over 12,000 - 20,000 we did in one day… or choose to drive & pay for parking again… But overall really enjoyed our stay there in a beautiful neighborhood w quiet lovely nights & no loud traffic or noise…

We had a wonderful stay at this home. The location is excellent, within walking distance to both beaches and in a very safe neighborhood with friendly neighbors. It's a perfect spot if you like to take long walks or runs. The house was incredibly clean and fully stocked with all the cooking essentials and household supplies you would expect. The host was very communicative throughout the booking process. The basement family room was wonderful and gave our family space to spread out. Our only issue (which may be specific to my family) is that we were quite hot at night as only one bedroom has air conditioning. Downstairs was always cool and comfortable, but upstairs felt hot, even on chilly nights. There were box fans in every room and we slept better once we started putting them in the windows to pull in cool air. There are also no sun darkening shades/curtains and the bright sunlight woke us up every morning at 6, which left me with two grumpy teenagers. Ultimately it was a pretty perfect house but as a family used to AC and dark rooms, we did have a rough time sleeping there. Every other aspect of our stay was great. Thank you for all of your kind words about the house…we are so glad you really enjoyed the house overall! Regarding feeling warm at night, I did tell you about using the window fans at night during check-in, and that they would keep the bedrooms without AC cool at night. I am glad you eventually used them, and that they worked to keep you cool! I will say that in all of the 14 years we have rented this house, we have had fantastic reviews and have never had any complaints about this. With the cool night air and sea breezes that we have up here on Boar’s Head, the window fans have always worked very well at night in the bedrooms that don’t have AC. There are also ceiling fans throughout most of the house which keep the air flowing nicely!
