Our newly remodeled condo boasts breathtaking views of the pool complex, hot tub, and kiddie area from the very large private balcony. The master suite features a king-size bed, walk-in shower, and ocean views, while the second bedroom has two queen-size beds and easy access to the second full bath. The living area has a comfortable double reclining sofa and a reclining chair, beach views, and a fully stocked kitchen with bar stools and a six-top dining table. Plus, a large laundry room and secure parking make your stay a breeze!


But that's not all! Our resort is loaded with amenities, including tennis, Pickle Ball, Bocci Ball, Shuffleboard, a heated pool deck, hot tub, kiddie pool, and an exercise room. Unwind with a refreshing cocktail at the Tiki Bar, which serves lunch, ice cream, and frozen drinks.

Nice condo, nice beds, nice furniture, kitchen stock was ok not a fan of just a kcup maker but it’s fine. You only get a couple towels and washcloths but we made use of the washer and dryer all week The issue I had was more with watercrest seems that parking cost has changed and 57 a car is a little steep on top of what we paid for the condo. The resort does a good job keeping the place up to standard and the owners are ok no complaints

We do not control the parking or the cost. Most complexes charge for parking to offset the cost of security on site. It is clearly stated that parking is a cost. I am sorry you did not see that before you booked. Thank you

Enjoyable stay

This condo was well appointed and the set up was great for us. The patio was nice and big and would be a great place for lunches or dinners. I would recommend this condo for others.

Wonderful Get Away!

The property was very clean and up to date. The beach chair and umbrella was a nice addition. The beach itself wasn't overcrowded and the community area was quiet and friendly. Overall we had a wonderful experience and would love to return.

Fantastic

We enjoyed our stay at Watercrest specifically in unit 802. The view was nice and the size of the condo was perfect for a family of four. We also enjoyed the pool and close beach access. The location of this condo is good for families because it is on a quiet end of the beach.

Outstanding

We very much enjoyed unit 802. Everything was clean and neat and the master bedroom opened up to the gulf side which was awesome. It came complete with umbrella chairs and parking pass. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking. We would definitely stay there again

Pleasantly surprised

Clean, nice spacious. reasonable people to deal with. Good location, nice amenities. I stayed for a month and it had a lot of stuff provided. Cable, internet, Amazon prime etc. I screwed up and didn’t check out on time and they totally worked with me. Thanks again.

Nice Condo......

Overall, nice condo and complex. I did find the $35.00 fee for parking pass for additional vehicle (only 1 permitted per reservation) excessive given the ample amount of parking available at the complex. Condo unit itself was clean and pretty well furnished with the exception of a lack of cookware in an otherwise well stocked kitchen. This may not be as important to most visitors, but we had six teenagers with us and it did present an issue. Additionally, I would suggest you not buy the wrist bands for the pool area as no one ever bothered to check people in the pool area for these. Overall, nice place and good vacation.

Thank you Layton, most condo rental owners do not provide any free parking as this has to be purchased from the resort and this owner is gracious enough to provide one free pass so the comment is surprising but you are welcome for the free pass. We purchase that and have it on the counter for you to make your arrival less hectic. The kitchen is fully stocked so this comment is surprising also. Sounds like 6 teenagers was a little stressful for you. I can see that. Thank you again fior taking the time to write a review. Sherry

Unit 802 Watercrest was Great!

My family of 4 visited this property for 4 nights. The lay out of the condo is great for everyone to have a little space of their own. The master bedroom being right off the side of the balcony was very nice for morning coffee and sunrises. the Balcony itself was spacious and we used it a ton. We relaxed and read on the lounger, and ate our meals at the outdoor table. Each of the two bedrooms had a television with cable, so we could all watch what we wanted in our downtime. The kitchen was well stocked, we were able to cook light meals and make smoothies with the blender provided. There was a nonstick electric skillet that came in handy for eggs and pancakes. The location of the condo was great! We were close to St. Andrews Park, and spend a day there, and then another day at Shell Island. There is a Dollar General less than a block away for any little things that you may have forgotten to pack. The snack bar at the pool was nice. We grabbed lunch there one day and the employee was helpful and kind. The food was fine, not fine dining, but we did not have to go anywhere either! The beach outside our condo was well maintained and the 2 loungers and umbrella service were nice to be able to take advantage off. We had great luck snorkeling for shells in the surf, and also out on the sand bar. There are 2 foot washing and showering stations as you come off the beach, so that you don't track too much sand into your rooms.There is public beach access right below the balcony, but it was not a problem for us in late September. I contacted the owners about the red tide that was at the beach the weekend before we were scheduled. They were helpful, and even gave me updates on how the beach was looking the day before we headed down. (we did have the insurance, but just felt like it was spotty enough that if we needed to drive to a usable beach we would) When we arrived our parking pass was not on the counter. I emailed and 10 minutes later someone was at our door with our pass. every time I contacted them they responded very quickly. The only suggestion that i have would be to add a broom to the kitchen. Its nice to be able to clean up crumbs and sand that may get tracked in. All in all this was a great property that we would love to stay at again!

Very clean

We enjoyed the condo. It was very clean and in good shape. The beds were very comfortable. The only negative was the balcony railing. My two year old could fit her head through the railing. We didn't use the balcony after that. I noticed some other condos put some kind of netting on their rail.

Beautiful & Spacious

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The renovations were beautiful. Loved the spaciousness. The ocean view was beautiful. Just wanted to mention the cookwear could be updated and there was mold on the shower liner in the hall bath. Also there was mold in the washing machine seal. Ran out of toilet paper. But all in all we had a great time & would definitely come again! 😀JJ

Lol. We don’t supply toilet paper for your entire stay we provide complimentary supplies untill you can shop. That is a stain in the washing machine rubber seal. We are glad you enjoyed your stay in this beautiful condo!
