The cooks in your group will love the fully appointed gourmet chef's kitchen with high end Thermador appliances. A spacious covered patio off the main dining area houses a grill for your BBQ needs. Relax in the heated spa after a long day of skiing or hiking and watch the last rays of sunshine give way to beautiful star filled skies. Flat screen TVs in each bedroom as well as common areas will let you catch up on your favorite programs before retiring for the evening or catch up in the mornings on markets or news before headed off to the slopes. The house was good, but probably would not stay here again. The traffic noise from I-70 was off-putting; my fault for not Googling the location better. Communication was confused a bit since the owner was out of the country at the time. Took a while to get responses. Once the owner informed me of the property manager contact, it was up to me to let them know what needed to be fixed at the house. I don't think it's my responsibility to make sure the house is up to par before I get there. The good: location was good for bus stops to the village, access to hiking, plenty of room for everyone, kitchen was great (except for the things not working), plenty of seating, big dining table for eating/cards/games.The not-so-good: The photo of the house actually shows 2 units; you don't get the whole property that is represented in the photo, parking says it can hold 4 cars (I can't imagine how), there is no garage parking (an issue in the winter time), the refrigerator had a broken drawer, the separate bar ice maker was frozen up and didn't work, one bedroom had window blinds that didn't close, the bar stools fabric was pretty dirty- needs a good cleaning, but everything else was clean. The elevator didn't work for us but not a big deal because we didn't need it, just letting you know. Overall, might be acceptable for someone needing a big space, but we wanted to sit on the patio and have a conversation as a group but it was too loud.

The property was beautiful and spacious, with all of the amenities we were looking for. We did have a poor interaction with the host, who did not get in touch with us for over 8 hours when we informed them of an issue with the kitchen faucet. We had no running water to cook for our whole first day.

Great Staycation for Work!

Our company sponsored a conference in Vail, and we rented this property for our coworkers to all stay together instead of staying in separate hotel rooms. The property is great for entertaining! Figuring out parking was a little stressful because there were way more of us than there was room in the driveway for vehicles, but other than that we had no complaints and would definitely stay here again!

Perfect for our family Easter get together!

It was the perfect spot for our family Easter get together. The house was beautiful, clean and well appointed. The host was extremely responsive and friendly. We enjoyed long, lazy dinners around the large dinning table which made the gathering special. The kids had fun in the hot tub. And, there was plenty of room for the 12 of us. Highly recommend this house!

Overall Great Property

Overall great property - modern and clean. Great view across the highway to the falls and east vail chutes. rented a bit in vail and would rent it again and we all agreed that it was one of the best properties we have rented and a good value. Just a few small quirks1) the hot tub is just below the window to one of the ensuite showers. This window should be frosted or have a blind for privacy. 2) You have to go through one of the ensuite bedrooms to get to the hotub unless you go down the sidesteps and climb down and then back up which is not convenient in the winter. Hot tub is great an the turf around it is a nice touch.3) the tile in the ensuite bathroom on the main level is loose and needs to be secured better. 4) due to location near I70 there is bit of road noise at night from some of the bedrooms but not too bad.5) We did not see any plastic cups for the hottubs which as a rental property owner is a must so people dont use glass near the hot tub. We bought some solo cups but having plastic cups would be helpful. Property manager / owner were very responsive to any inquires.

The property is beautiful! The house is very well stocked (kitchen, towels, bath toiletries). The host was very communicative when we had questions. Would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a location for a large group trip.

Wonderful stay

We loved our stay at the house. It’s very clean, spacious, and well kept. The kitchen was well equipped and all the bedroom mattresses were very comfortable. The location is great as well. There is a small market that is only a 2-3 minute drive away. Vail village is also only a 5-10 min drive away. We were a large family of adults and children of various ages and we all enjoyed our stay here. Thank you.

Great property

We stayed at this lovely rental over Thanksgiving, and it was perfect for our family gathering. The house was spotless, the kitchen was well-equipped for our holiday meal, and the cozy fireplace made it feel like home. The host was attentive and made our stay seamless. Highly recommend and hope to return!
