Welcome to our cozy home, nestled in a private wooded setting.

Built in 2022, this beautiful two-story cabin was finished with your comfort in mind. Our home is located on 3 acres, with 3 bedrooms (primary on the main level), 2.5 baths, and a large media room with a sofa sleeper. Relax on our wrap-around porch, and separate deck above the Poca river.

Enjoy the early morning deer that grace our property, adding to the serenity.

The space
As hosts, we take pride in offering a warm and inviting atmosphere, infusing care and attention to details throughout our home.

The living area is perfect for relaxation, with a variety of books, cozy throws, and smart TV.

Our kitchen is a delightful place fully equipped with all the amenities you need to prepare delicious meals. Countertop dining for four, plus 4 TV trays are provided for additional seating.

Enjoy a great BBQ, followed by bonding time around our firepit, (firewood is supplied), and our horseshoe pit is always fun for all.

If you're a movie buff, enjoy sports or a gamer our media room with a 70" smart TV will be a real treat!

After a day of exploring, you can retreat to your own private sanctuary. Each of our comfortable bedrooms have been thoughtfully designed for your relaxation and are furnished with high-quality linens and cozy bedding.

You and your guests will have the entire home, and 3 acres to yourselves! You'll appreciate plenty of parking space, a wrap-around deck and dining deck above the Poca River. Our large private backyard includes a firepit and horseshoe pit.
Other things to note
There is private parking for 6 vehicles on our property. We also have a pleasant surprise for our boating, RV, and side-by-side enthusiasts, offering a 16'x48' covered parking structure. (Important: please message us with the length of your RV or trailer to ensure you can make it up our inclined driveway).
