The space

It’s ideally situated near regional hospitals and various amateur sporting events throughout the spring and summer, including those at Lakepoint Sports Complex in Emerson, GA. Additionally, it's just a short drive from Lake Allatoona, where you can enjoy boat rentals, beautiful beaches, stunning scenery, and upscale dining at Lake Allatoona Grill.

This unit is perfect for business travelers seeking a dedicated workspace and a fully stocked kitchen, a fun romantic getaway, or families needing extra space and a kitchen while traveling for amateur sports. Guest access
The doors use digital codes that are delivered to the guest before check-in. The guest will type the number provided by the host on the door and it will unlock the unit. The door automatically locks after 30 seconds for Guests' security.
Other things to note
By default, two bedrooms are open for each booking. However, other bedrooms will be unlocked to scale the confirmed guest list (occupants) on each booking.

For stays of more than a month, a mid-stay cleaning fee will be applied and collected through the platform resolution center monthly. This is necessary to maintain the property in the advertised condition. The mid-stay cleaning includes housekeeping for all the bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and living room. Host-provided color linens are the guests' responsibility to launder but our team will make the beds if the linens have been washed before our housekeeping team's arrival. The cleaning can be scheduled at your convenience, and your presence is not required for it to take place.

While we strive to provide the best experience for our guests, we have no control over the actions of our neighbors on surrounding properties. In the Atlanta metro area, recreational marijuana use has largely been decriminalized or is no longer actively enforced, so you may encounter people using it outside our property, around the neighborhood, or in town. Unfortunately, we cannot stop other people's life choices.

Our property is situated in semi-rural Georgia, where it’s common to encounter Palmetto bugs (also known as waterbugs) and small spiders. Palmetto bugs are a type of cock roach that lives in trees throughout Georgia. If you’re unfamiliar with the area, seeing one might be unsettling at first, but they are harmless. These bugs can enter any home, from small cottages to luxury estates. For this reason, while you may see a bug or two it does not represent an infestation. Rest assured that 2 Fish Properties conducts regular pest control treatments, but this doesn’t eliminate the possibility of them entering the property. As a preventative measure, please do not hold the front door open for extended periods to reduce the chances of insects and maintain provided stoppers placed appropriately in kitchen drains.

Lawn service is scheduled for the weeks of the 1st and 15th, sometimes early in the morning. If this timing conflicts with your stay, please inform us at least 5 days before your arrival so we can adjust the schedule.
Parking is limited, and on-street parking is not allowed by law. The driveway can hold 2 cars, but only in a single line. One additional car may be parked on the grass to the LEFT side only.

While on the property, guests may hear church bells and high school football games.
