A wonderful stay. The deer made us feel like we were in the country while a few minutes from the house we were in the city. Nice oaisis. Everything was clean and had good communication with the host. We had come to the aeea for a funeral and the restful atmosphere of the house helped us find a quiet place to grieve and restore with the help of the pool and quiet neighbourhood.

Host was responsive, Kitchen was fully stocked ,pool was great, beds were comfortable. It was a great visit. I would rent this place in the future and recommend it to a friend.

Incredibly beautiful and spacious home and property. All the amenities were available and great shopping close by if needed. We were amazed at the deer roaming and grazing comfortably in the area and the property. It was very serene and special for us. The weather was extremely hot during our stay but the pool and the air conditioning inside were wonderful! The location is great and we made lots of day trips to explore the Austin area. The few times I had questions, Ann, the property owner was very helpful and timely in her response. We would definitely love to stay here again in the future as it is very close to our family.

Wonderful large hone with acreage, pool and fenced backyard.Spotless Stocked with snacks, pool towels, paper towels and toilet paper.AC cooled to 70 degrees which was perfect for a long hot weekend for wedding events11 out of 10 stars!!!The visiting deer were cool

We really enjoyed our stay! 5 stars easy!We found the communication with the owner MORE than positive and pleasant, she was so responsive and accommodating!The home was very clean, and beautiful!The deer were amazing, and having a cup of coffee enjoying calls of Mississippi kites and feeding deer was such a wonderful way to start the day!Tips for the next group of folks. Watch your step, there is a raised platform entrance and it's easy to miss that rise at first. Not a negative, just a helpful comment for awareness.The stove! Ha! Here is the key: Go to page 2 of the instructions! When you know how to unlock it, seamless from that moment on. Once again, an easy 5 star stay.

It was a great experience! We loved it. The only issue was we did have trouble with turning the stove on and it also wouldn’t stay on we would have to keep turning it back on. But we still got the job done and it all worked out! So it was great.

Our stay was fabulous! Ann was super communicative during our process (before, during, after). The home had ample supplies, space, and everything we needed! It was a great accommodation for our family event and would highly recommend for anyone in the area - you might even see some wildlife!

We had an absolutely great time staying here!! The home could not have been any for our family gathering!! The only thing we had trouble with was the stovetop, wish there were a little better instructions on how to use.

Everything was just wonderful! Home has a very warm, comfortable feel. Great kitchen for cooking, pool was nice and clean, multiple beds and super comfy. Very well stocked, we had everything we needed. Location was amazing too, close to all conveniences, but quiet country feel with wildlife all around. We would definitely book again for our family reunion. Not a deal breaker for us by any means but would be great if hot tub worked and 4th flex room with couch pull out had a door because we used the room as a bedroom. Overall, one of the best VRBO’s we’ve ever booked.

The home provided an excellent environment for the children, featuring numerous games, ample space, and a basketball hoop in the parking area. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the sight of deer grazing in the grassy area contributed to a tranquil and relaxing atmosphere

Wedding Bliss

AMAZING! LOVED everything about this property. Truly home away from home. Needed a place to accommodate our adult children and their significant others for our daughter’s wedding in Round Rock/Georgetown. The home was fully stocked with anything and everything we needed and didn’t realize we needed. The pool was definitely an added plus. Enjoyed this property to the fullest. Highly recommend.

Relax and unwind

Spacious and clean, neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. Plenty of space around the house for 7 adults to watch tv, chat, play games, read books. Fully stocked kitchen worked great for us because we love to cook on cacat

Amazing

We have rented 15+ homes over the past 5+ years, and this has been the best overall experience. The home and property were clean, comfortable, spacious, quiet... AMAZING. And the owner, Ann, was just so gracious and helpful. If we rent in the Austin area, this will be our first and, hopefully, only choice.

Words can't express how wonderful Ann's home was. She was communicative from a week prior to check-in and responded quickly with any questions we had. Plenty of parking and close by shops and restaurants. Ann had snacks ready for us. Lots of kitchen things we needed. AC worked great! House was kept very cool and the rooms. We hosted my sister's bridal shower here and the guest all loved the home. Of course , all the deers and nature that surrounded the property were great bonuses. The pool was super nice! My daughter loved it!Thank you for opening your home so that we were able to celebrate together as a family! Would definitely recommend to anyone !

Great Property - Read Fine Print

Was a great property overall; however, read the fine print. There was a “property manager” that we didn’t know lived on site until we received the welcome texts regarding how to get into the house, etc. Also, in their book they had at the house, they stated parties must be “pre approved, or will be charged a fee,” even though it says parties are welcome in the listing, with no mention of “pre approvals.” Just be up front and honest with your guests is all I ask. Beautiful home, and great pool time. Pros: pool, kitchen, beds, house is nice, on landCons: property manager on site, none of the speakers in the house actually worked, hidden “rules”

There is not a property manager that lives on site. The is a detached guest house that has one full time tenant that does not have access to the back yard or pool. This is disclosed in the listing details but I always share again. Parties (birthday, anniversary, bachelor and bachelorette) are allowed as long as they are within the 12 max guests allowed on property. If more than 12 will be on property, we do approve with an additional event fee. This is disclosed in the listing as well. I’m not sure what speakers are being referred to.

This is the perfect home for a vacation retreat! It’s located in a beautiful neighborhood and the homes sit on large tracts of land - so the home feels very private. The backyard is perfect for swimming, playing and dining! There are two gorgeous oak trees that provide plenty of shade around the pool area. There are lots of outdoor seating options and pool toys. Our kids jumped off of the diving board 3000 times. The kitchen and living room are wonderful for entertaining. The home offers a huge kitchen with everything that you need. I only brought foil, ziplock bags and chip clips. Both bathrooms are very spacious and there is plenty of comfortable sleeping space. There are two living areas which is very nice if you have a large group. It was the cleanest VRBO that we have ever stayed at… they provide beach towels, bath towels, shampoo, body wash and kitchen supplies. The location is also so close to good restaurants, lots of parks and easy access to the grocery store. It’s a walkable area with deer galore! Two families met for 3 nights and 4 days and we had a fantastic experience!

Loved the house and the grounds. It was a bit hard with my handicapped husband to maneuver the raised foyer/hallway, but we managed without any falls. There was a spider that took up residence in the master bath tub. We are shower people, so we left it alone. Kitchen was phenomenal! My only complaint was that the two bath rooms were not close enough for the pool goers. A bathroom by the area that you have to go in and out would be very helpful. Loved the deer, horses, foxes(yes, we saw them!), birds. Everything! If we ever do Round Rock nationals again, we will certainly try for this home!

I have two grandchildren; one girl and one boy and they were born 8 weeks apart. I love spending time with family and I love being host because I enjoy meeting and talking to new people. I love decor and making my homes amazing to visit!

This property is unique because you are not in close proximity to other neighbors. There are horses that roam behind this home as well as many deer that you will see while visiting. Lots of privacy but yet super close to all shopping, restaurants and activities.
