The house was very nice. Communication before and during the stay was excellent. Everything was clean and the home presents very nicely. Everyone enjoyed a comfortable stay. Our only regret was that it was too cool outside to use the beautiful pool, but the cool down was very welcome after the scorching summer we have had. Really loved the setting on the acreage lot and all of the wildlife. Overall, an excellent stay and would definitely recommend!

A wonderful stay. The deer made us feel like we were in the country while a few minutes from the house we were in the city. Nice oaisis. Everything was clean and had good communication with the host. We had come to the aeea for a funeral and the restful atmosphere of the house helped us find a quiet place to grieve and restore with the help of the pool and quiet neighbourhood.

Just as pictured this property is amazing! The kitchen is spacious and there was an assortment of fun dishware to use and lovely stemmed glassware. The den featured lovely artwork by local artists and was very comfortable. Master bedroom bed was perfect. But the star of the show is the pool! We used it every evening for an hour it was delightful and we got home and we didn't gain a pound cuz we exercised in the pool. I highly recommend this house as it is private with your closest neighbor are some lovely deer in the front yard and backyard.

Incredibly beautiful and spacious home and property. All the amenities were available and great shopping close by if needed. We were amazed at the deer roaming and grazing comfortably in the area and the property. It was very serene and special for us. The weather was extremely hot during our stay but the pool and the air conditioning inside were wonderful! The location is great and we made lots of day trips to explore the Austin area. The few times I had questions, Ann, the property owner was very helpful and timely in her response. We would definitely love to stay here again in the future as it is very close to our family.

We really enjoyed our stay! 5 stars easy!We found the communication with the owner MORE than positive and pleasant, she was so responsive and accommodating! The home was very clean, and beautiful! The deer were amazing, and having a cup of coffee enjoying calls of Mississippi kites and feeding deer was such a wonderful way to start the day!Tips for the next group of folks. Watch your step, there is a raised platform entrance and it's easy to miss that rise at first. Not a negative, just a helpful comment for awareness. The stove! Ha! Here is the key: Go to page 2 of the instructions! When you know how to unlock it, seamless from that moment on. Once again, an easy 5 star stay.

It was a great experience! We loved it. The only issue was we did have trouble with turning the stove on and it also wouldn’t stay on we would have to keep turning it back on. But we still got the job done and it all worked out! So it was great.

Relaxing

The home provided an excellent environment for the children, featuring numerous games, ample space, and a basketball hoop in the parking area. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the sight of deer grazing in the grassy area contributed to a tranquil and relaxing atmosphere

Everything was just wonderful! Home has a very warm, comfortable feel. Great kitchen for cooking, pool was nice and clean, multiple beds and super comfy. Very well stocked, we had everything we needed. Location was amazing too, close to all conveniences, but quiet country feel with wildlife all around. We would definitely book again for our family reunion. Not a deal breaker for us by any means but would be great if hot tub worked and 4th flex room with couch pull out had a door because we used the room as a bedroom. Overall, one of the best VRBO’s we’ve ever booked.

Wedding Bliss

AMAZING! LOVED everything about this property. Truly home away from home. Needed a place to accommodate our adult children and their significant others for our daughter’s wedding in Round Rock/Georgetown. The home was fully stocked with anything and everything we needed and didn’t realize we needed. The pool was definitely an added plus. Enjoyed this property to the fullest. Highly recommend.

Amazing

We have rented 15+ homes over the past 5+ years, and this has been the best overall experience. The home and property were clean, comfortable, spacious, quiet... AMAZING. And the owner, Ann, was just so gracious and helpful. If we rent in the Austin area, this will be our first and, hopefully, only choice.

Words can't express how wonderful Ann's home was. She was communicative from a week prior to check-in and responded quickly with any questions we had. Plenty of parking and close by shops and restaurants. Ann had snacks ready for us. Lots of kitchen things we needed. AC worked great! House was kept very cool and the rooms. We hosted my sister's bridal shower here and the guest all loved the home. Of course , all the deers and nature that surrounded the property were great bonuses. The pool was super nice! My daughter loved it!Thank you for opening your home so that we were able to celebrate together as a family! Would definitely recommend to anyone !

Om værten

Vært: Ann Harrison

Værtens profilbillede
I live full time in Cedar Park. I grew up in Michigan and my husband is a huge Michigan University football fan. We have three grown children who are all married. I have two grandchildren; one girl and one boy and they were born 8 weeks apart. I love spending time with family and I love being host because I enjoy meeting and talking to new people. I love decor and making my homes amazing to visit!

Derfor valgte værten dette overnatningssted

This neighborhood is quiet and serene with great privacy but also super close to all urban activities.

Derfor er dette overnatningssted unikt

This property is unique because you are not in close proximity to other neighbors. There are horses that roam behind this home as well as many deer that you will see while visiting. Lots of privacy but yet super close to all shopping, restaurants and activities.
