We really enjoyed our stay! The ocean view was spectacular and the location was so close to everything. The building was very quiet and the condo was well-appointed. Parking was very tight but we expected it, so overall we would highly recommend this condo and hope we can return someday!

Enjoyed our stay at this beautiful property. The location and views are amazing. It has a well stocked kitchen and plenty of beach gear. It is updated and clean and very comfortable. The parking spot is very tight and the angle is a bit awkward, but it is doable, probably easiest with a sedan. It was helpful having a a designated spot though. Would definitely recommend this rental and hope to stay again.

This condo was wonderful. The place was well furnished with everything you could possibly need. The 3rd floor we were on had amazing views of the ocean from the living room and also Mission Bay from the back bedroom balcony. We throughly enjoyed our time there along with easy access to all the sights in San Diego.

The inside of the place was very comfortable. The parking was awful-way too tight to easily get in and out of. The added fees made it not a wonderful value.

Thank you for your feedback! We’re glad you found the interior comfortable. Parking can be challenging in Mission Beach due to the tight spaces, and we provide the parking dimensions in the listing to help guests ensure their vehicle will fit comfortably.

The view from this condo was spectacular! The interior was beautiful and updated as advertised. We were also impressed with how exceptionally clean it was. The ocean was literally steps away and there were plenty of beach chairs available for use to relax by the water. Communication with the management team was smooth and they responded quickly to a couple of questions we had while there. Our only recommendation would be for there to be a full size washer & dryer given there was ample room where the combo washer/dryer was located. What is there is not a stackable but one machine which washes and dries the clothes and the drum is not very big. This wasn’t a huge deal and we would definitely stay in this condo again!!

This one deserves a 5 star review. Other ocean front properties claim to be newly remodeled, but this is the place to stay. Everything is top notch and our stay was great. Thanks SS team and we will definitely be back.

This is the real deal - it is expensive, but for the location and what you are getting it's worth every penny. Incredibly clean and you can't be the view and location. Only word of advice is to get a small rental car, because the space in the garage is tight. Most cars will fit, but I wouldn't try to park a pickup or a large SUV in the space. But other than that it was an amazing rental, will 100% be using it again.

Excellent location. Condo was well appointed, especially in the kitchen. Perfect for a family of 4. The room with beach chairs and supplies was a major value add. The main complaint is that the small washer/dryer only could wash or dry 1 towel at a time. Made things challenging to dry between beach days. There is space in that closet for a larger washer/dryer and would recommend considering it.

Wow! I’ve been coming to Mission Beach for many years. This is a truly unique property. From the back bedroom and deck, there is a stunning view of Mission Bay. From the living room and deck, there is a stunning view of the beach and ocean. And the unit was, in fact, newly remodeled and in great shape. One of the best places I have ever rented in Mission Beach.

Excellent location the beds were amazing. We slept well it was very quiet. Appliances were good & being next to the walk path was cool. Only real compliant was the elevator, it took too long & the operation was slow. Great condo

Every thing was in good condition as it was recently remodeled. The only thing I would say is it did not have any seasonings and such like salt and pepper, oil. Probably because it is newly remodeled.

We love Mission Beach and have stayed at so many different units. But THIS unit is the one!1. We had a 4th floor unit and had views of the city and up and down the coast. There is no higher unit on the beach.2. Other places say remodeled and they look nice. This place is brand new. Felt like we were the first ones here. Immaculate. 3. Well stocked with essentials (towels, in unit washer/dryer, kitchen utensils). No condiments and “leftover” things like coffee, tea, etc but eh not a worry.Fantastic!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo right on Mission Beach. We would definitely come back as this was a very comfortable condo. Sunrise in the back bedroom and sunset in the front. Kitchen was well appointed although we did minimal cooking. Being on the top floor with a locked door downstairs gave us a sense of security. Elevator instead of using stairs most appreciated. Beach chairs, towels and boogie boards are provided. Is very quiet and the beds are very comfortable. Parking is very tight. People park in the alley so a little hard to manuver into the assigned parking space. I would recommend a smaller car whereas we had a medium SUV - Sportage and it was very tight. Also note that the back balcony is shared by the condo next door. Great if you are also renting it. But would be a little weird if you are laying on the bed reading and with the blinds up. Although this did not happen. We noticed a door access from the other condo to the balcony. A couple of suggestions. A small dresser in both walk in closets would be nice. We stayed 10 days and someplace to put socks etc would be helpful...instead of living out of the suitcase - we like to move in. Also the motion detection/auto bathroom lights appreciated but then it turns off automatically rather quickly. Challenging when going into the bathroom at night. Comes on. Goes off. Comes on....All in all, a great place for a couple or a small family.

The property is very clean. The top floor offers a nice break from the hectic activity on the boardwalk. With the window walls open, you have the treat of the sound of waves and the ocean. The building itself is quiet and well suited for a restful get away. This was our first visit, and we hope to be back soon.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was perfect for us as it was less crowded than closer to Belmont Park. Having access to the beach chairs and boogie boards was a huge convenience. We also took advantage of renting bikes (that were complimentary with our booking). It was really enjoyable riding on the boardwalk and on the Bayside as well. The property was immaculate, and the views were incredible. We even got to see dolphins swimming almost every morning right from our balcony. I highly recommend this property for a beach getaway!

Rental accurate to listing and clean. Beautiful ocean views at convenient location along Mission Beach. Nice and quiet at night. We appreciated that dimensions for the parking space were provided, as parking is tight, it helped us get an appropriately sized rental vehicle. WiFi worked great and allowed streaming of videos.
