There are three comfortable bedrooms, a primary suite with King bed and two guestrooms- one with queen bed and another with a full-over-full bunk bed. The primary suite has a private bath while the guest suites do share a bathroom.

The updated kitchen is a culinary delight, equipped with brand-new stainless steel appliances, ideal for whipping up delicious meals during your stay. The open porch invites you to savor the stunning pond views and watch local wildlife in a tranquil setting.

For added convenience, a golf cart is available to rent, making it easy to visit the nearby beach, the local IOP marina, or simply enjoy leisurely island rides. **The City of Isle of Palms recently announced that they will be conducting a beach renourishment project designed to restore and protect the island's shoreline. The work is planned for July - November 2026, specifically this area August to September. During your summer vacation, you may see construction equipment, pipelines, or temporary work zones on portions of the beach. Work areas will move throughout the project, and beach access may be adjusted in localized sections while construction is underway.**
