Thank you for sharing your experience, Edward! We’re so glad to hear the home was comfortable for your group and that you enjoyed the great location, beach access, and, of course, the ping-pong table! We appreciate you mentioning the areas that could use some extra attention — your feedback about the kitchen, furniture, and bathroom details has been shared with our team so we can make improvements. Thank you so much for the detailed feedback, Colby! We're happy to hear that you had a wonderful vacation and found the home comfortable, well-furnished, and relaxing! We’re especially glad you enjoyed the outdoor spaces, pool, and proximity to the beach. We really appreciate you taking the time to point out the areas that could use some attention. We’ve shared your notes with our local team and are actively looking into the shower doors, bathroom door alignment, and the carpet issue in the master bedroom. We agree that these small updates can make a big difference in the overall experience. We’re also sincerely sorry about the cleanliness oversight on the patio. That’s certainly not the standard we hold ourselves to, and we’ve addressed this with our cleaning crew to ensure it doesn’t happen again. Thanks again for your helpful insights—it’s feedback like yours that helps us improve. We’d love the chance to welcome you back and show you the updates on a future stay!
