Welcome to Carolina Cove! Time to get away and relax with your friends and family at this single level, 4 bedroom with 2 full bathrooms with a brand new seasonally heated pool/spa!

** Pool/spa project is permitted and will start in January 2026 - completion by middle of April 2026 - check back for photo updates as the project progresses ******

As you enter the front door, first thing you'll see is beautiful Lake Norman through a set of large, lakeside windows. The attention to detail of this updated, open concept, modern feeling home is amazing!

Head outside and take a dip in the brand new heated pool (heated to 81 between April 15th and October 15th annually, and spa (available year round)..... you'll love the flat lawn - perfect for playing outdoor games.

Ready to head out on the water? Take one of the four kayaks provided - 2 adult and 2 youth.....or pull up your boat and park it at the private dock or rent a pontoon through us! At night, you'll love the lakeside firepit - ideal spot for s'mores and fireside discussion!

The location of this property is ideal as you'll have that quiet, residential feel while being less than 10 minutes to the heart of Mooresville restaurants, breweries, shopping and entertainment!

Interested in adding a pontoon boat rental to your stay? Contact us for additional details as our partner will deliver the boat to the property and pick-it up when your boat reservation has been completed - super convenient! Multiple full day rental required for this rental option.

- Included in the rate is heating of the pool to 81 degrees between April 15th and October 15th - based on sun warmth, actual temperatures may be higher than 81. Contact us if you want to heat the pool during the off-season - may not be possible due to exterior/current pool temperatures but will be considered for an additional expense.
- Pool Renderings are digital representations of what was improved to be built in early 2026- actual look may be modified during construction and furniture location and type is for illustrative purposes only.
- This property does have exterior facing cameras to protect the home during times of vacancy
- The property is on a private well and 4 bedroom septic system
- Lake Norman is a man made lake, water levels will vary throughout the year.

Beautiful view of the lake and the house had everything we needed. Host was able to adjust our dates when we had a last minute emergency. They were very accommodating.

Nice floor plan and backyard space plus a very convenient location. Loved the open space. This was a great place for a group of 4 golfersHall bathroom was not conveniently located to the bedrooms. This was the only negative.

This was a great place to stay. 5 minutes from majors stores but yet still really quite and cozy. Fishing was good of the dock and swimming was awesome. The lake was that busy so it was easy to do boating things.

Nice location but could have been better

House was all on one floor. It had 4 bedrooms and the two bathrooms were all on one side of the house, not near the other two bedrooms. Unit was clean. It was strange but there were no dressers in two of the bedrooms, which made it very difficult to put your clothes away. Also, there was no insulation in the walls between the bedrooms. There was no umbrella to sit under on the porch which made it tuff to sit outside in the full sun. The dock definitely needed some work. There was a rotted float attached to the dock that looked like it was there since 1950. Unable to use because the carpet was all torn off and nails exposed everywhere. And then there were the spiders and fire ants.. They were everywhere and we tried to make them go away but every morning they were back at it. Beach area was nice but filled with algae. I am giving it a 3 star rating mainly because of these reasons. The owners need to put some money into bringing it up to a higher grade.

Perfect get awayvspot for our family! We had ages 1-75 in our group and everyone enjoyed our stay. The outside was perfect for the little ones... beautiful yard with a nice walk in to the lake - versus some that have the drop offs and in a lovely cove. The private dock was an added bonus as we had friends in thei area that were able to bring some jet skis over. Took full advantage of the kayaks that were provided, the corn hole and the fire pit to make some smores. The inside was clean and with a well equipped kitchen. The soaker tub in the master was beautiful.. appreciated the many night lights to help guide your way when you are unfamiliar with a place at night :) The little touches of the welcome basket (smores kit, snacks, wine) and my name of the googke home welcoming us were noticed and appreciated! Thank you for a great stay!

Our stay was so wonderful, the property was beautiful, spacious, clean, and well stocked. We enjoyed inside and outdoors. This was the best experience ever. I will definitely be back and also refer others.

Awesome lake front visit!

The property is beautiful with a wide open yard and beach. The dock was great for our pontoon and the updated house had plenty of space for our family. I loved that we were far enough off the main channel to avoid the boat traffic but the water was still pretty deep. The kayaks were a hit and we made good use of the s’mores supplies in the welcome basket. Thank you!

Great stay! Great location!

Carolina Cove looks exactly like the pictures. Lovely home. Great location on the lake for lots of relaxing, fishing, lounging on the lake and kayaking. Beds are comfortable. Lots of things included that you do not always get with other rentals: toiletries, trash bags, toilet paper, laundry detergent, etc…Some other reviews said they were disappointed in the availability of cookware. We brought ours from home in case we found this same issue. We did not find it a problem and we cooked most all meals this week at the home. I would have loved to have a few more bigger bowls for popcorn, etc…but everything was sufficient. There are a few things that could be better, mainly the bedroom room curtains. They are see through in several of the bedrooms, so no sleeping past sunrise. Blackout curtains would have made our stay amazing! A heads up that landscaping & bug spraying would take place starting at 7:30 in the middle of our week would have been appreciated. The master bedroom closet and garage are locked for owner supplies. It would be better if the closet could be used by the renter and owner supplies be put in the locked garage. It did make it a little inconvenient. We did see this in another review, so we were aware that no closet was available. The Big Green Egg charcoal grill is very nice, but it looked as if it had not been cleaned in years. Once we cleaned it, we were able to get lots of use out of it. There is a 2nd smaller charcoal grill for use also. There is nothing to use to dump the ashes, etc…so we had to use a kitchen bowl and make multiple trips to dump it.Overall, great trip for our family!

Great Family Getaway

This was Great place to stay with young children & other Family members. We had plenty of room for everyone. There was an issue with the coffee pot, the property manager responded & replaced it during our stay. Look forward to booking again.

Amazing property

I booked this home to accommodate all my family while visiting North Carolina. We had the best time! And even extended our stay by a day. The community was beautiful, the neighbors were so sweet. There was enough room for all of us to enjoy comfortably, all the amenities available inside the home were great. I was contacted during our drive in from Louisiana asking for arrival times so the lights would be turned on if it was going to be after dark. My teen grandkids loved the kayaks that were available for use and they fished their little hearts out from the dock. We swam and relaxed by the fire pit and made s’mores. I would definitely recommend anyone wanting a stay right on Lake Norman to check out this property.

Family Christmas at Lake Norman

Our group consisted of my daughter, her husband, my son and his daughter. Our ages are 77, 57, 56, 55, and 9, so you can imagine that our stay was focused on the 9 year old. It rained most days, but we cooked, played games, opened presents, watched the geese, and took naps. My son "dipped" into the lake, but was alone in his daring venture. This house was in a quiet neighborhood which seemed to be populated by permanent residents. No noise and not much coming and going. The property was perfectly clean and had plenty of towels. The only criticism (and this is only because we are a family of cooks) would be that there was a dearth of pots and pans and mixing bowls. We made do and got along fine. All in all, a wonderful holiday.

Great Site for Attendance for Local Family Wedding

The house and grounds were beautiful and looked as noted in pictures. The deck on back of the home along with beach/lake was a big hit with my young nieces and provided a nice break between our wedding activities. We really appreciated all of the amenities that were provided.The house manager was gracious and responded promptly as needed.We all agreed we would come back again!

Lovely Waterfront Home

This home was perfect for my family. We were able to swim and fish right from the backyard. The mattresses were perfect! The house was very clean and the sunsets from the porch were so beautiful.

House right on the lake, beautiful view and very comfortable! Had a highchair and pack n play which was great since we had an infant with us! The kayaks and beach towels were also put to good use!

Beautiful trip to the lake

We had a wonderful time visiting with family & friends. While it rained pretty much the entire time we were here we still had the best time. The kids loved the lake & had a great time swimming. The beds were so comfy & the house was so cozy. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook what ever we wanted. There are grocery stores, shopping, bowling, indoor gokart, movie theatre & tons of restaurants all within a 10 minute drive from the house as well. If there was one thing I could change it would be to have a covered back porch but that was only because we love sitting outside & watching the rain. The beach was so nice & had a nice gradual grade out to the dock. The property manager was very responsive & attentive as well. We will definitely be back.

Family reunion before wedding

Perfect location on lake with shallow beach area perfect for liitte kids & kayake. My sister lives on Stumpy Creek so location was only 1.5 miles away.

Great property on the lake! Amenities for an infant, and plenty of towels, couldn’t find sheets for pullout couch though? Would definitely recommend for a family getaway!

Perfect family gathering spot for adults!

Everyone in our family was over the age of 40 and we thoroughly enjoyed the home! It was absolutely lovely! Our elder parents had no issues getting around the home with the zero entry entrance and the easy access showers. I might suggest a few grab bars in one or both bathrooms and advertise the home as handicap accessible/friendly. The kitchen was challenging to cook a full meal in as the pots, pans, etc are very limited. The boat dock is really needing some love as well, but overall we loved our time in the home!
