QUIET COVE WITH EASY ACCESS TO LAKE NORMAN AND CATAWBA RIVER
Whether you prefer hitting the sandbar on Lake Norman, or teaching your group to waterski on the Catawba's less populated waters, Knot Working provides easy access to both. Located at the northern most point of Lake Norman, the quiet, low traffic cove offers the perfect spot for fishing, swimming, or kayaking, with quick access to all the amenities the lake has to offer.

KITCHEN & LIVING AREA
Lake views from two oversized sliding glass doors set the stage for memorable gatherings. Sink into the comfortable sofa with ample seating for your whole group, gather on the screened in porch for games night, or enjoy movie nights on the 65” Smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen invites the group chef to create culinary delights, complete with modern appliances and plenty of space for everyone to join in; spacious enough to enjoy each meal together at the dining room table that seats 8.

COZY SLEEPING & LOUNGING FLOOR
The lower level has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, providing a comfortable and tranquil space for rest and relaxation. Each bedroom features a 42” smart TV with the ability to login to all of your favorite streaming services. Open the blackout curtains after a restful night's sleep for stunning lake views from each bedroom.

The expansive primary bedroom features a king bed and large closet along with an en-suite bathroom.

The second bedroom boasts a queen over queen bunk bed making the space flexible enough to sleep your whole group.

The third bedroom features a plush king bed.

LOCATION
Knot Working is the perfect mix of quiet retreat and accessibility to all Lake Norman has to offer whether you're traveling by boat or car. Waterside Dock and Grill is just across the river by boat, featuring plenty of public slips available for boat parking. Just outside the cove, you will find a popular sandbar lounge spot accessible by boat or kayak.

Just 10 minutes from Food Lion, Dollar General, and plenty of gas stations to pick up bait for fishing, you're sure to find whatever you're looking for within a short drive.

Downtown Troutman is only a 15 minute drive with plenty of dining options for the whole family, as well as Bottles & Taps @ The Old Pharmacy should you prefer a night out.

Lake Norman State Park is a quick 15 minute drive and features hiking trails, biking trails, and swimming.

Pet Fee is $150 + tax/cc processing per pet.

SECURITY: For your safety, property is secured with two always-on cameras: (1) exterior Ring Doorbell camera and (1) exterior security camera on the back porch facing the dock. Please do not obscure or tamper with cameras.
