• Guests have full and exclusive access to the home, outdoor space and all its amenities.
• Self-check-in is available via a smart lock with a unique door code. We will send the door code and the check-in instructions 7 days before arrival.
• For your safety, the unique access codes are scheduled to work only within the date and time of your stay.

For your safety, we have a security camera installed in front of the house, monitoring the house's EXTERIOR only. There are no security cameras inside the house.

🔇 NOISE ORDINANCE
Sedona enforces a 24/7 noise ordinance. Please respect outdoor light rules and quiet hours after 10 PM.

🔥 POOL HEATING NOTICE
The pool heater is not needed most of the year, but we do have one available for an additional charge. Please note that the pool temperature can depend on the outside temperature.

Our home is pet-friendly and has a fully fenced-in backyard. We can consider any number of pets for approval. Kindly message us how many pets you plan to bring for more details. Additional pet fees apply.

🚗 PARKING SPACE
The property can accommodate 3 cars comfortably, up to a maximum of 4 cars.

🗑️ TRASH HANDLING
We provide starter trash bags during your stay. Instructions are in the guidebook.
