Relax on the patio with a fresh cup of coffee, take the kayak out for a sunset paddle, roast s'mores over the outdoor fire pit, or take your pick of games - giant Connect Four, corn hole, Bingo, Jenga, poker, Candyland, Slapzi & more!

If you own a boat or would like to rent one from a local marina, the backyard dock can fit up to a 33 foot yacht.

Back in the living room you will find a gas fireplace and a cozy sectional you can sink into & stream a movie or show with the firestick. There is also a Sonos sound system throughout the home.

The upstairs bathroom features a rain shower with body massage jets. The jacuzzi tub in the upstairs bathroom is currently undergoing maintenance and is off limits. Thank you for understanding.

We have 2 twin air mattresses and one queen air mattress available for use.

The back main floor bedroom has 2 points of entrance. One through the other main floor bedroom, & one from the outside. Code will be provided upon check in

Your magical retreat is:
- less than a 15 minute drive to the ocean at Jones Beach State Park (* parking pass provided )
- less than a 10 minute walk to CVS, liquor store, & nail salon
- about a 30 minute drive to JFK airport

*For dogs we have an extra large dog crate, water / food bowls , & dog treats!
