We loved this home. The location, views and amenities are top notch. The beds are so comfortable and we made French Pressed coffee every morning, my favorite! We really enjoyed the hot tub and relaxing on the deck with a glass of wine. Also drove the Cades Cove scenic loop a couple of times looking for bear. We saw two-they ran right in front of our car! The cleaning crew told us there’s a momma and 3 cubs near the house, but we didn’t see them during our stay. Kelly is an amazing host. We’re looking forward to coming back soon!!

Beautiful property. The view is incredible! Lots of bear sightings on this mountain! 10/10 host response. We had an issue when we arrived with the hot tub and they immediately were on top of things to make sure the problem got fixed right away and they were always checking in on us. Everything you need for your stay is inside the rental, making for an easy vacation. We had a wonderful experience and will be returning for future stays!

Our stay at this cabin was absolutely breathtaking! From the minute you walk in, you are hit with beautiful modern chic decor. The views from each window gives you just a taste of what's in store on the deck. The two story deck offers complete views of the Smokies, and the bottom deck gives you just enough cover, so you can enjoy the Smoky mountain rain and continue site seeing. Everything provided in this cabin is everything you will need besides your clothes and bathing suits. We enjoyed our time so much we booked another day. Nothing beats waking up, grabbing some coffee and heading out to the deck to watch the sunrise. We even saw a momma bear and her cubs from the deck. Kelly and David were phenomenal hosts!! They are very quick to respond for any questions about our stay and even great hiking and scenic drives. I can't recommend this cabin enough! I've already sent multiple friends and family their listing to book. We will definitely be back!! Thank you again Kelly and David!

INCREDIBLE VIEWS

WOW!!! What INCREDIBLE VIEWS!!! You had fantastic views from any room you were in which was a thoughtful design. We never got tired of waking up to watch the sunrise over the mountains! The place was furnished with a modern but cozy vibe. Everything we could possibly need was provided including pool towels, paper products and toiletries. It’s nice not to have to worry about packing things like that. We especially enjoyed the fire pit with timer and the s’mores supplies! We all enjoyed the game room, pool and hot tub. The pool is great for small children because there is really no deep end. The hot tub was on a gated deck which was nice too. You didn’t have to worry about critters sneaking up on you haha! And, once again the views were AMAZING from the hot tub! The fireplace in the main bedroom was a nice surprise! Kelly and David were fantastic hosts responding quickly to any questions we had very responsive to our needs! You never know what kind of hosts you will get but Kelly and David were top notch!

Kelly and David are the best hosts we have ever had! We have traveled many place across multiple states and have never experienced the communication, thoughtfulness, or accommodation like we did when staying at their cabin. The cabin itself is beautiful and well taken care of. We will be planning a trip back in the future!

Very clean,and well stocked . Beautiful modern up to date interior . Loved the little extras like the soaps, pillows , bedding ect.. One of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on. Host only a text away and quick to respond.I would definitely highly recommend. .

I cannot say enough positive things about this property. Location is a win being at the top of the hill gives you breathtaking views, the layout allows for people to sleep upstairs and enjoy the pool or play some billiards downstairs, communication with the host was simple, all questions were answered immediately. Will be staying here again

Spacious house with great views

We had an amazing time staying at Kelly’s place. Kelly was a great host and responded to anything we needed. Her home had everything that was needed, and it was beautiful. The views were also incredible. We even saw a mama bear and her cubs multiple times! We would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to anyone staying in the area!

Amazing Family Stay!

My family of 4 had an amazing stay with Sky View Getaways! Kelly was an amazing host and quick to respond to any questions. We didn’t need for anything - the home was equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay! We really enjoyed using the hot tub every evening!

The pictures of this property do not do it justice. It’s absolutely beautiful with vaulted ceilings and lots of natural light through the windows. The view is absolutely extraordinary. It faces the sunrise so it’s perfect for early risers. Everything inside and out works well. Air conditioning was great and simple to use. Each bedroom has a decent sized dresser and closet. Owners provided all essentials and with a fully stocked kitchen. The closest grocery is Food City about 15 mins away and has everything you will need to stock up the fridge. There’s also a small little restaurant across the street that delivers for your arrival day if you’re in a crunch. We messaged the owners and they responded within mins with courteous and friendly replies. We plan on having future stays with this property; it was a wonderful experience all around.10/10 book this place! We honestly would have been happy staying at this house than going out on the town. Notes for vacationers: WiFi is weak (obviously due to location) but still able to watch shows on tv when everyone disconnects their devices; shower in lower level is better for thick haired girlies; drive a smaller SUV because the drive up to the house is windy and snug.

Must Stay Getaway!

This place gets better each day of your stay and Kelly was an amazing communicator. From waking up with the sunrise peaking over the mountains and drinking French Press Coffee in bed, to making memories around the table downstairs, this was a full experience without leaving the cabin! The house’s luxurious scent welcomes you every time you walk in the door, and the comfort level of the bed along with the fire place in the master, makes for the coziest nights. The drive is incredibly intimidating, but be assured, it is worth the incredible view. I appreciate the hostess abundant supply of towels, spices, entertainment, and extra amenities/additions that they didn’t have to supply. The pool is perfect for sitting and would be safe for younger children, but my 7 and 10 year old still really enjoyed splashing around. The pickleball court was a huge bonus. In our ten day stay we never ran out of supplies and never got bored. We’ve stayed in a lot of places around America, but the family agreed this may be the overall favorite!

Amazing View, Fully Stocked Cabin

Our experience at Sky View Getaways was an amazing stay. The kitchen and cabin were fully stocked from a meat thermometer to a highchair and baby plates and spoons to board games and large comfort beds. Waking up to the Mountain View was an incredible experience. The drive up is pretty steep but definitely worth it. Will definitely consider coming back in the future!

Gatlinburg Cabin

This cabin was truly amazing! The views are out of this world and you can enjoy them from the 2 decks or the living room. Kelly was great and responded very quickly whenever we had a question. She even checked in on us after we arrived which I thought was so sweet! Definitely 5 stars!

So cozy and amazing views!

My boyfriend and I booked a long weekend getaway here and we had the most relaxing time. The views were BEAUTIFUL, we spent hours enjoying them from the hot tub. The home was super cozy on the inside, we enjoyed staying in most of our stay in Gatlinburg. The kitchen was stocked with everything that you could need, as well as the bathrooms. And the bed was SO comfortable. Kelly was super helpful & responsive during our stay. We will definitely be back!

Host was very attentive

The host kept in touch and made sure we were well taken care of. They took care of our concerns within hours of us bringing it to their attention. We were very appreciative of how kid friendly the hosts have made the house. They had an attractable baby gate at the top of the stairs along with kids plates and utensils.

Peaceful Mountain Escape with Breathtaking Views

This cabin was everything we hoped for and more. It’s beautifully designed, incredibly comfortable, and clearly cared for with great attention to detail—Kelly and David have truly thought of everything. We appreciated all the included essentials like shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and more. The views of the Smoky Mountains were absolutely stunning from nearly every room. We also loved how private and peaceful the location was, with the nearest cabin a good distance down the road. That said, the road up to the cabin can be a little intimidating at first, especially if you're not used to mountain driving (we’re from the flat Midwest!). But after a couple of trips, it became second nature and wasn’t an issue at all. We had a fantastic stay and would absolutely come back. Highly recommend—10/10!

Wonderful

I couldn’t be happier with my stay at Kelly’s place. The house was a beautiful mix between luxury and coziness. I love how she thought of everything the guests might need,(hand soap, hand cream, dish detergent, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, gas for the grill, pool toys, enough towels, toilet paper, coffee, tea, etc) the little details, and that’s what sets this cabin apart from the rest. The views are to die for, there are amenities for every age, and the smell is impregnated still in my clothes ☺️. I loved that we had a lot of privacy and were close to Gatlinburg at the same time. The road leading to the cabin is steep and narrow, but doable and worth it, plus it’s just a short drive from the Parkway. In summary, I am sad I had to leave 😅

First off, Kelly is a wonderful host— she was so responsive, genuine, and accommodating the whole stay and with questions leading up to our stay. We experienced a minor challenge due to some issues a previous guest left, but Kelly handled them like a pro and quickly took care of it. The cabin is beautiful, thoughtfully appointed, and has wonderful views throughout. We appreciated the suitability for our little ones- including a travel crib, high chair, and retractable baby gate. The beds and linens are top notch and we didn’t want to leave. It is centrally located to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge- allowing us to explore both in a long weekend. We just cannot wait to come back. Five stars all around.

Fantastic for a Family

First I want to say how amazingly helpful and kind Kelly was! She answered every question we had immediately and provided helpful information about the area and weather issues. Now for the home. It is absolutely stunning visually. It has every amenity that you could need! The master bedroom is extremely comfortable and my children did not complain about the downstairs sleeping arrangement so It must be fine, lol. The view off of the multiple balconies is stunning! Even on cloudy days it was still beautiful. One of the very unique things is an indoor HEATED pool… my 2 and 3 year old spent the majority of the time either asking to go swimming or actively swimming. There is a game table that has pool and ping pong. My older boys and I spent a lot of time there. Even though there is a million things to do at the house, you came to Gatlinburg for a reason. The home is only about 20 mins from downtown Gatlinburg. There are many options for hiking very near the home as well. However, depending on when you go, the park may have certain trails and roads closed. The only “Con” that I can think of is that the road to the house is very steep and would not be navigable if is snows or ices. However, just like they have everything else at this house. The neighborhood HOA keeps ALL of the roads salted and the owners provided a snow shovel and some Ice Melt. So it wasn’t a problem at all. Overall, this house would be perfect for a honeymooning couple or a family of 7. They have everything you could need and if they didn’t. I’m sure Kelly would somehow arrange to have it provided. 5 out of 5 stars! Wonderful family trip. We will be coming back sometime! Thank you!
