We had a wonderful stay, with lots of room for all of us. I Loved the kitchen, and the viesws were excellent. The young adults loved the game room, and everyone enjoyed the pool. The drive up to the house was Beautiful and we saw a couple bears. The location was perfect. I loved not being close to the all the tourists, yet close enough that it was a short drive to all the entertainment!!!

The house was not fully cleaned upon arrival. The shrubbery around the house was unkempt, and the pool area was full of leaves and had not been cleaned. The hot tub kept displaying error codes throughout our entire stay. There were a lot of broken items around the house, and the kitchen needs updated bakeware. The bathrooms had no locks, and the primary bedroom had no bathroom door. The two upstairs bedrooms were full of stink bugs and wasps. There was also a wasp nest on the ceiling, and we were given bug spray to use inside the house. And told This is the mountains, so these issues were especially concerning. The hot water heater went out, and we had no hot water for the first two days. Communication with the host was good, but overall, everything was inconvenient and resulted in a lot of wasted time.

I am writing to share some feedback regarding the property following our recent off-season stay. The home appeared to be in a state of disrepair and would benefit from significant attention. Specifically, a good deal of work is needed to bring the property back up to standard and ensure it is prepared for the upcoming summer rental season.
