Great Place but disappointing rental property
Prior to our arrival I had asked order and paid to rent a pack n play from the management company. They charged my card for it and said it would be in the condo for us when we arrived. When we arrived on Thursday at 7 pm the pack n play was no where to be found. I called the rental property and they explained that they had forgotten to drop it off. They said would call me back to see if they could bring it tonight. It took them an hour and half to call us back only to tell us that they couldn't bring us a pack n play tonight that we should go buy one at the local Walmart... So after a full day of travel we went out to buy a pack n play for my 13 month year old. Only to find out they are all sold out of pack n plays. It's now 9:30 and my 13 month old still hasn't slept. We ended up making her a makeshift bed on the floor, in the bedroom. Which was not safe because she was able to roll under the bed. I called the next morning about the pack n play and the management had no idea what I was talking about. I told them I was told it would be here first thing in the morning. It didn't arrive until 2 pm.Additionally, the TV did not work for cable. You could only use streaming and the internet went out a lot. Lastly, we had not trash cans. When I emailed telling the property management that we had no trash cans they said they should be in the garage, I replied they are not in the garage and then I never heard back from them on the matter.
