(Registration #3382) Steps from downtown shopping and dining, Lawn Lane A is a beautiful 2-bedroom, 1-bath attached ground-floor townhome with a full kitchen and large personal hot tub on the patio. Evenings-in provide a restful setting amid mountain décor with a queen bed, full/twin bunk bed, and queen sleeper sofa. Enjoy an in-unit washer/dryer, cable TV, free DVD movie rentals, complimentary snowshoe rentals during the winter, and Rocky Mountain National Park minutes from your door. Free Wi-Fi. Sorry, no pets allowed in this unit and no smoking, please. There is one parking space available at the unit. Additional parking in the municipal parking lot across the street. Sleeps six.

Clean and comfortable. Kitchen fully stocked so it was easy to make meals. Super close to town. Hot tub was a great perk. A little old, but with kids we don’t mind.

Amazing location, you literally walk out the front door and down half a block and you are on the strip. Unit was very clean. I would stay here again if I am ever in Estes Park.

Was a wonderful location! Loved that we could walk everywhere and not worry about parking. Hot tub was a great perk too! Few things could be updated but we would for sure stay here again.

Clean and close to town

This location is convenient for being close to downtown and the trolly. We walked the strip every morning with the kids. We were a minutes from RMNP.

Clean. Great location. Loved the hot tub. We had a great time and would recommend this to a friend. Loved all the extra fluffy white towels. There were no sheets or blankets for the couch pull out and no pot holders to take things out from the oven.

They are usually tucked in a drawer or one of the bedroom closets. I am sorry if that was overlooked as well as the pot holders. Excellent Location! Beautiful Views!

The condo was perfect for my wife and I and our three kids, and the view from the hot tub was spectacular, watching deer walk by in the evenings!

What a great time and place! Just minutes from everything. I would definitely come back, the additional amenity ( hot tub ) was the best. After the long hikes that day, definitely cured the achy muscles.

No A/C!!! Called and was told there were 2 fans to use. What?! It was warm that week. The house was stuffy. Could barely get any old wood windows open. Back bedroom had no open windows. Also, other renter wanted to park 2 large vehicles; we could barely park. Should only be 1 vehicle per.

We are sorry that you stayed during a warmer time across the nation. We are at over 7500 feet so generally fans and an open window or two creates a nice cross breeze. I am sorry that there was an issue with parking due to your neighbors. In the future, please call us and we can assist with choosing a place that may work best for you that isn't situated near downtown. We value our guests and are sorry that you did not enjoy your stay as much as you had hoped.

Great location-clean and comfortable

Location! Super easy to walk to the downtown area and getting around town to the visitor center and RMNP was a breeze. Off street parking was good with space for a minivan with room to spare. This is the lower unit and you will hear footsteps very easily and loud conversations will filter down. Hot tub was clean and clear. You have your own hot tub but you do not have total privacy. The unit faces a back street that wasn’t very busy. There is downtown parking across the street. Having said that we didn’t feel exposed using it but just know that you can wave to people walking by on the side walk or getting to their cars. There is an outdoor space with a picnic table and grills. It was nice to have a spot to eat outside, we didn’t use the grill. Bed linens were excellent and towels were thick and large. Mattresses were ok. The queen bed definitely has a dip in the middle. My husband joked that he felt like he was sleeping in a taco. The kids didn’t have any problems with the twin over full bunk. The kitchen was well appointed and we cooked dinners without any problems. Bathroom was clean but worn. Washer and dryer were in excellent condition. No smells or stains. I would stay here again.
