Place was clean and kitchen well equipped, good space for two parents, 2 children and two infants, Kids enjoyed the bunk beds. hot tub a plus, as was close location to downtown and walkability. However, summer temps high and house over warm so comfortable sleep difficult to achieve. in addition, mattresses in bedroom and sofa very uncomfortable. Unit needs checkout instructions.

Thank you for taking the time to share a review. We are glad you enjoyed the hot tub and your children had fun with the bunk beds. It was unseasonably warm with nearby wildfires so it was warmer than normal during your stay. We hope you took advantage of utilizing the fans in the unit. We appreciate your feedback about the sleeping areas. We will look into this further. Rocky Mountain Resorts Staff

LOVED the location. Literally steps away from the main downtown street. Our family walked the shops and restaurants every night before hopping in our private hot tub. It is a downstairs unit so the renters above us could be heard walking around but it wasn’t bad. We used the full kitchen every morning for breakfasts and a few dinners. It came stocked with pots/pans/utensils, literally everything we needed to prepare our meals. We appreciated having a washer/dryer so we could clean our clothes after long days hiking in the park. The nature decor was cute too. The unit could use a little updating but overall I would highly recommend this home. Our girls loved the bunk beds too.
