This highly desirable 3rd floor location features: open floor plan with 9.5 ft ceiling, designer kitchen with quartz countertops, primary suite/private bath, separate bunk room with built-in bunk beds, privacy curtain, closet and access to second full bathroom. Fully equipped and updated with all the conveniences you need for a great getaway, making lifetime memories.

Nestled in the heart of Miramar Beach on Scenic 98, this four-story building with just 44 units offers a relaxing alternative to high-density, high-rise areas. Gated, private beach access is just steps away. A short dune walk-over includes wash stations and benches. Your two beach chairs and umbrella are waiting for you. Beach service offers paddle boards/kayaks for rent as well. Enjoy all the amenities of Beach Retreat gated complex with a freeform, lagoon style pool, hot tub, bathrooms and newly renovated fitness room in the clubhouse. Explore along the 5 mile walking/biking path to visit local favorite restaurants Pompano Joe's, Kenny D's, Sando's, Pascalli's Kitchen and Captain Daves. Beach Retreat 305 is a favorite choice with smaller families and couples. Private beach access is directly in front of the unit with unobstructed views!
Your comfort is our top priority, therefore, we limit capacity to 5 including children (3 ADULTS MAXIMUM).
A dog MAY be considered, please reach out directly to host PRIOR to booking as a dog requires authorization.
