Tenants shouldn't have to take their trash out after the stay, especially when there were no dumpsters where they were supposed to be. Was disappointed there was not a regular coffee pot. It said there would be a coffee pot and they would have coffee there or we may bring our own. We love flavored coffee so we brought our own with filters too. When we got there they only had a kcup pot with regular coffee in kcups. We were unable to have our coffee. The cabin needs a step in front of the porch. It was a big step up and I struggled getting on the porch.

The cabin was wonderful! We enjoyed using the kitchen to cook, and the hot tub was great! The recommendations from the host were also great. Highly recommend!!

Best weekend away we have had in a very long time

Cabin was homey and clean. The hot tub and firepit were great amenities. Hocking Hills was beautiful for exploring. Even found some local restaurants that were really good

Good experience!

The experience was wonderful. Some negatives were that the porch chain lights bulbs were not connected anywhere and we would have liked to have those on and the hot water smelled a bit funny in a bad way

The Birch cabin was amazing for our long weekend!

The cabin is super cozy, with just the right amount of space for us. We enjoyed using the kitchen to cook, relaxing on the couch watching TV, the hot tub and all of the recommendations from the host for local places. Highly recommend!

Romantic time in a beautiful cabin!

The cabin was very clean and nicely decorated. We really enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub. All communication was very good about the cabin for arrival and departure instructions.

Awesome

The place was so awesome, owner very attentive and responsive. The only set back I’d say was trying to use the grill it was grease build up from the previous guests and the grill almost caught fire but other than that there experience was wonderful!!!!!!

It was a very nice cabin. Nice quiet location. There are other cabins around, but they seemed tucked away enough to have privacy. We didn't use the grill. I would have hoped the chairs and porch out front would have been swept and wiped down to make it look better. I cleaned the chairs on the porch, the little table and the chairs by the fire pit. We didn't use fire pit though as it was 100 degrees outside or at least that was the feels like temp. It had just about everything you needed, towels, shampoo, conditioner, utensils and cookware. I was even able to bake my husband a birthday cake in the oven. Was definitely cozy. AC up in the loft was not working but surprisingly with the ac down below and the two ceiling fans, it stayed very comfortable during the day and I was actually freezing at night and had to turn it down. Unfortunately, the bed was too mushy, squeaky and uncomfortable for me. Someone else may love it. I need something more firm. It felt like waves in waterbed without the water. Younger bodies would like I'm sure. My old butt slept on the couch. I would definitely stay with them again but I would probably pick a cabin that has one floor the stairs to the loft even if the bed was comfortable was too much for me as well. They were great to deal with and communication was amazing!

Here are my observations. 20 minutes from Logan. Communication was good although sometimes I think I was texting with 2 different people. The key lock case is electronic not the same as what you would see in Gatlinburg where it's manual buttons and pull a lever. No cell service. Wifi did work. Cabin was clean but as another reviewer said the ceiling fan in the bedroom was filthy. Another reviewer in July mentioned the Keurig didn't work right, guess what, still doesn't. A different reviewer mentioned the gas grill didn't work. Low and behold still doesn't. DirectTV is for your viewing pleasure so you have two remotes to deal with. Stepping out onto the rear deck for your wilderness viewing pleasure are FIVE satellite dishes. You can almost reach out and touch them. Since we're on the deck let's talk about the hot tub shall we. It was hot, three jets per seat. It does not have the traditional soft cover. If you look at the pic it's a hard cover that folds down each side. Since there is such limited room it takes two people to take it off and put the cover back on. To do that one person on each side. And the one person on the far side has to climb through the tub to get out because you cannot walk around it with the cover off. That was fun. It's clear to me the owners or management company don't care about some details. And before I forget you have to take your trash with you when leaving, Get on the road, drive to another cabin and leave your trash. We paid for that crap, yay

Keurig coffee maker not working correctly. Needs replaced.Hot tub has a “table tray” that would not stay attached to the base.No handrail in shower, was a bit scary trying to get in & out!Kitchen is well equipped with many different tools, knives, pots etc but only one medium skillet? Overall, it was a very nice stay, quiet and peaceful. Very clean and nicely decorated with rustic theme.
