The stay was so nice and refined. Off street parking was clutch! The neighborhood was warm and inviting. Host was responsive to all needs.

Overall, this place was good...Except for the fact that the ice maker/cold water was not functioning on the refrigerator, the many steps you take to get upstairs are really steep (not recommended for elderly!) and the neighbor across the street disrespected my family & vandalized our car. 8 out 10

Our team was in communication with you and responsive to your concerns even before check-in and throughout your stay. The refrigerator’s ice maker had recently been damaged by a previous guest, which we apologized for, and we made sure to provide bags of ice in the freezer as an alternative. Also, please note that the ice maker is not listed as a standard amenity in our property description; it was simply an additional convenience provided for our guests. Regarding the stairs, the property listing clearly discloses that the unit is accessed by stairs, so guests can take this into consideration when booking, particularly if mobility is a concern. As for the incident involving the neighboring property and your vehicle, we’re sorry to hear about your experience. We were not present and therefore cannot comment on what occurred. What we can say is that the property is located in a generally safe and welcoming area of Jersey City, and we have not experienced issues of this nature with our neighbors. We always strive to be accommodating, responsive, and transparent with our guests, and we appreciate feedback that helps us improve.

Beautiful apartment very clean with everything you need. Host was very nice and quick to respond. TV in every room and a dishwasher. Parking was a little tight but we would still be back!!!!

I booked this property because of the closeness to the cruise port and because of the parking space. Just a warning, there are several steep steps to climb in order to get to the property. The property was clean and had plenty of room for five adults.

Our family of five stayed here for a week to sight see in new york. Place was great! Quiet neighborhood. It is a bit of a drive to get to NYC, but not too bad. Check in and check out was super easy. The place definitely had enough room for all of us to spread out at the end of a busy walking day.

This townhome was perfect for our visit to NYC. It was a quick, easy walk to the Light Rail which was a 15-min ride to Exchange place with shops, restaurants and a beautiful view of the city. It was then just a 5-min subway ride from there to Lower Manhattan. We did not have much experience with public transit and it was very easy. The townhome itself was extremely comfortable for 5 people. One of the most well stocked VRBOs we have stayed at. On-site parking was very convenient, it would have been difficult to find street parking. Kolo checked in often to make sure all of our needs were met. I would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again

I highly recommend this Jersey city townhouse. Comfortable beds, plenty of space for a family, owner responds quickly if needed. It was very clean and has a driveway for parking. Laundry in unit. Updated appliances. I will warn there are about 2 flights of stairs up so keep in mind for elderly/disabled. I’d definitely stay again.

The place was awesome. We did have to drive alittle bit in order to do everything but having the quietness at night was the best part. It was one of the best stocked places I have stayed at. The host had reached out several times during the trip just to make sure we were doing okay and didnt need anything.

Nicely renovated place, beautiful and clean. Easy walk to Line and train. Communication was quick and accommodating. Not parking on the street was great.

The pictures do not do the listing justice. The property is absolutely beautiful, very clean and well designed. The location was close to everything we needed. We truly appreciate the quick responsiveness with the host. They provided all of the information we needed in a timely manner. Zero issues whatsoever. Will definitely come back!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful, modern, and incredibly spacious apartment. Our group of six—four adults and two teens—had more than enough room to relax comfortably. The bathrooms were clean, generously sized, and fully stocked with everything we needed.Most days we commuted to Manhattan and found the public transportation options convenient. Initially, we walked to the train station and took the HBLR to Exchange Place, then transferred to the PATH train to Manhattan—never more than an hour door to door. Later, we opted to drive to the HBLR and park for 21/day, cutting our travel time to just 25 minutes via the PATH to the World Trade Center. The neighborhood felt safe and welcoming, with a shopping mall within easy walking distance.A major plus: the apartment included a driveway parking spot, which made everything so much easier. Communication with Kolo was excellent—he was prompt, helpful, and always available to answer our questions.We highly recommend this apartment and will definitely stay here again the next time we’re in town!

Il soggiorno presso questa struttura è stato a dir poco SUPER. L'host è stato sempre gentilissimo e premuroso su ogni aspetto, ancora prima del nostro arrivo ha chiesto informazioni e durante il soggiorno si è sempre informato e preoccupato se andasse tutto bene o se avevamo qualche esigenza particolare.L'appartamento è assolutamente molto confortevole soprattutto per un gruppo numeroso.Se posso solo aggiungere una nota la terza camera matrimoniale avrebbe bisogno di qualche arredo in più.Il nostro soggiorno è durato 8 giorni e siamo stati benissimo.La posizione è marginale rispetto a Manhattan ma è servita molto bene dai mezzi pubblici Ogni elettrodomestico funzionava.Non abbiamo avuto nessun problema.Consiglio vivamente.Grazie a tutti
