Family of 10 stayed in mid August. The property was great, pool is shared by that wasn't a big deal as only once did we cross paths with the shared house. Had everything we needed for the stay. Location is great for beach days. Pool water was really hot for my liking but it was in the middle of a heat wave so can't control the weather. Host was really quick to come by and fix a beeping smoke alarm, and the alarm panel when it went off. My only gripe could be the washing machine ate some of our clothes and wrecked my wife's swim top, and the furniture could use a good steam clean. The one bedroom had a couch that looked like there was an abundance of cardiovascular activity preformed on it. That might be worth removing for cleanliness. Overall, I'd return.

Francis was a communicator of updates, not resolved issues. Upon arrival and all throughout the stay the dryer was broken. She knew of this the day before our check in. The main bathroom shower drain was so slow you stood in ankle deep water. Maintenance was called on both of these issues and wasn’t resolved during our stay. The comforters and extra bedding were soured and smelled awful. She told us she would have clean ones dropped off and that never happened. Batteries to every remote besides one were dead. Alarms to the house went off until she called the alarm company the 2nd day. Told us maintenance was coming for the dryer, no reason for them to enter the house if we weren’t there. Thank goodness we were there because he indeed came in to look at the drain. She did refund us 150, but not enough to cover what was promised. The grounds around the shared pool were weedwacked the day after arrival, so much grass in the pool and it was not clean water anyway. Very cloudy! I would not recommend staying here unless you like less than Motel 6 accommodations.

Bull riding in Pensacola hi

The house was fantastic and the owners worked with us alot on getting checked in early. It was close to the bull riding so it was very convenient to travel from.

The home was very welcoming. We stayed for a full week. We were in town to conduct some stressful business. It was nice to come back at the end of the day to a roomy home to relax and rewind for the next day’s activities. Good location in Pensacola. Clean and well layout interior. Francis was immediately responsive to request we made during our stay.

Location was awesome, check was easy, house was very clean, and all questions and hiccup was fast response give it a 10 out of 10

A very spacious place to stay. Everything we could possibly need was there. Not the best place I've stated ,but it's a good place to stay.. Only one thing I want to point out is that there's no clarification in the listing that the pool is shared with another unit.

The stay itself was good but I did run into some small inconveniences. The master bedroom had no nightstands or anything. They had these tall locker type storage units so our phones etc didn't reach which didnt matter much cause the outlets didn't work. There was a small counter and sink where the microwave and small conventional oven were in the master bedroom so we just unplugged the appliances and put everything there for our stay. I think the set up is a little confusing. We took the back room cause the other party was a party of 7. It only made sense that they had the 3 bedrooms up front. The entire visit, while home, we had kids opening and closing our doors, running through our room from the pool to the kitchen and back. Seemed like there wasnt much privacy so I dont suggest that. The stove was a little difficult to work cause everything is rubbed off. Dont know which way is high and low or which knob is to what burner . The back doors (patio section) do not lock, the door in front of the driveway is so hard to open, we just left it closed. The other door feels like it's barely hanging on and the lock is broke and won't lock at all. The main back door on the house locks but the lock on the screen door is broken as well. The main back door was pretty solid. One day we came home and the wifi disconnected from all the tvs.The wifi was slow to begin with and it took forever to change.So we mirrored our phones after that. It wasnt great, but it was okay.
