EVENT FRIENDLY HOMES REQUIRE ADDITIONAL FEES, INSURANCE AND AGREEMENTS
QUIET HOURS are strictly enforced from 9pm TO 8AM, per local ordinance.
Violations may result in immediate cancellation without refund and fines starting at $1,000, charged to the guest
PARKING: Maximum number of vehicles: 3 in driveway NONE on grass (septic tank there) Some parking spots directly across the street BUT YOU MUST MUST MUST BE 100% IN THE SAND and not on pavement to avoid ticketing and towing
PETS: must be pre-approved in writing before check-in. Pet fees must be paid in full.
No excessive barking or unattended pets. Guests are fully liable for all pet-related damages or disturbances. Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds unless covered with provided protection. Guests are expected to clean up after pets indoors and outdoors.
TRASH: All trash must be fully bagged and placed in designated receptacles. Message will be sent the night before trash pick up for compliance
Use of the property for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited without written consent. This includes: Content creation,Photography/videography, Podcasting or interviews Coaching, classes, or client sessions,Retreats or private business events
NATURE: Refunds will not be issued due to these natural elements or environmental conditions. A minimum $1,500 cleaning fee will be charged for violations. Underage drinking and illegal substance use are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal.
