Our host was very responsive and helpful. The home itself needed a few updates inside. The furniture needs to be updated, especially the outdoor furniture. All in all, the location was central to our activities.

Perfect location and fun!

We really enjoyed staying as a group in this home for a cheer weekend. It gave the kids lots to do and stay busy and the mom’s the perfect outdoor coffee and cocktails. The owners were fabulous!

Great Stay in WPB

Umberto was an excellent host - very communicative, available to quickly answer any questions we had, and eager to make sure our trip went smoothly. The house was in a quiet neighborhood, perfect location for our group, and very convenient to PBI. We had a great stay at this house.

I booked this listing because it had good reviews. When we arrived it was hot in the house the ac was on 78 it was 83 in the house then once we got our stuff in the house an got to sit down the house still was hot. the a/c in the master bedroom was completely out and he sent someone out an he said that he cleaned the vents an fixed something in the outside it should work so he left an the next day it was still hot we went to Walmart to get a fan because my daughter an three grandkids were sleeping in that hot room so I text the host again and told him it was not working still he told me that he text the guy an as soon as he responds her will get back to me. Well he told me the guy I think his name was (Andrew)had a project he was working on a would come when he got done. The host text me a picture of the guy at the house that day but when we returned the A/C still was not fixed. The host told me to take the blow up mattress an move my daughter an grandkids to the pull out couches and other rooms I was upset because I rented a 4 bedroom to accommodate my family an that is what I got but it was definitely hot in her room.

As soon as you notified us of the issue, we immediately coordinated with our HVAC technician and made every effort to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, despite multiple service visits and troubleshooting attempts during your stay, the system did not perform as expected. We truly regret the frustration this caused. We want future guests to know that, following your stay, we made the decision to replace the entire air conditioning unit with a brand-new system, which has now been fully installed and is operating properly. The issue has been completely resolved. We appreciate your patience while we worked through an unexpected mechanical failure and thank you for bringing the matter to our attention. Guest comfort is extremely important to us, and we are committed to providing a great experience for all of our visitors. We wish you and your family all the best and hope you will consider staying with us again in the future.

Work trip success

Great stay. Place was in a 5 minute drive to many places and especially the ones we needed. Noticed the neighborhood was really quiet - no noise pollution from highway or emergency services. Host were quick to answer any questions.

Happy Thanksgiving!

We had a great time celebrating our Thanksgiving at the Little Slice of Paradise! Umberto was a fabulous host, so very attentive. The home fit our large family, and the outdoor area was an added bonus for our fun and games. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Perfection in West Palm Beach

It was only for one night but it was a great stay. The host made everything easy and the listing was exactly what we got. I could not ask for more and would happily stay here again!!!

Neighbor to the right of the home works as a store manager, neighbor across the street owns a roofing construction business and neighbor to the left is retired and lowkey. The neighborhood is a safe and friendly one!
