HelloI am writing to inform you that we had to leave your property early because, unfortunately, the conditions we encountered made it unlivable and unsuitable for our stay. We booked with the expectation of a clean and comfortable accommodation, but upon arrival we were immediately met with issues that made the space not only unpleasant, but also impossible for us to remain in.The property was in a state that did not reflect the listing. It was extremely dirty, unhygienic, and simply not fit for guests. We noticed mold, strong odors, broken furniture, pests, etc. These conditions are not just inconvenient—they are unacceptable, and they created a stay that felt unsafe and unsanitary.Because of these circumstances, we made the decision to leave right away and secure alternative lodging. This was not an easy choice, but we could not reasonably remain in the property under such conditions.Given the situation, we are requesting a full refund of our payment. We booked in good faith based on your listing, but the reality was drastically different. We hope you can understand that this is a fair and reasonable request given how unlivable the property was.Please confirm once you’ve processed the refund. If needed, we can also document the condition of the property with photos to support this request.Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter.I have disputed charges on my CC and expect a full refund. The host kept telling me she would refund but never did.
